How It Works

Connection Instruction
a. Connecting the power supply according to the diagram.
b. Put the device on the wireless charging area.
c. When the indicator light is always on, it indicates that it is charging the device. -
Power Indicator Light Instruction
• Phone/TWS Bluetooth Earphones Indicator
Light Instruction (Wireless Charging Area 1&2)
a. After connecting the power, the green light, and sky blue light flash once orderly, then die out.
b. Lighted sky blue lamp indicates the device is undercharging status.
c. The sky blue light flashes when other metallic foreign objects are placed in the wireless charging zone. (FOD detection)
• iWatch Indicator Light Instruction (Wireless Charging Area 3)
a. After connecting the power, the green light, and sky blue light flash once orderly, then die out.
b. Lighted sky blue lamp indicates the device is undercharging status.

When two mobile phones are charged at the same time, the input shall not be less than 9V-3A, and a PD3.0 or QC4.0 + power adapter should be used together. Otherwise, the power supply will be insufficient.

Wireless charger VS Wired charger:
All devices supporting wireless charging functions can use the wireless charger to charge. No need to plug and unplug the phone frequently with a corresponding charging cable. Put down and start charging! -
Charging time (Wireless) VS Charging time (Wired):
The power of a wireless charger is 10W max (iPhone supports max. 7.5W power, and most Android phones support lOW power), but the power of a wired charger is at least 10W. Thus, the wireless charger will take longer to charge than the wired charger. -
It is a normal phenomenon that the wireless charger will be heating during charging. Please kindly note that take off the device after full charge to protect your device and the wireless charger.

If there is a charge interruption situation during charging, please check if the phone is shifting or the charging cable is loose.

When charging, please make sure that there is no metal foreign object on the back of the phone and place the phone or TWS Bluetooth earphones in the middle of the charging area.
