Globe AG 2023 Cargo Side Bag
Product Information
- The product is called the Globe Cargo Side Bag.
- The package includes:
- 2 Globe cargo side bags
- 32 Velcro straps
- The Cargo Side Bags are versatile and highly adjustable.
- They should only be used with the Globe Adjustable Cargo Rail and the Globe Running Boards.
- Using the Cargo Side Bags without these components is not recommended.
- The product is intended for use on Globe Haul LT bicycles only.
- The maximum weight for the Globe Running Board is 30kg / 66 lbs.
Product Usage Instructions
- Secure the bag to the rear rack rail and running board:
- Attach the rear lower webbing chain (A) to the lower rear rack rail (B) using three to four Velcro straps.
- Do not secure the tabs to the upper rack rail (C) as it may interfere with the function of the rack platform.
- Attach the bag to the cargo rail:
- In low position: Adjust the Adjustable Cargo Rail to the lowest position (A).
- Fold the top section of the Globe Cargo Bag inside itself (B).
- Tuck or fold/roll over the upper bag section for weatherproofing.
- Attach the lower webbing chain (C) to the outer rail using three to four Velcro straps (D).
- Readjust all Velcro straps to make the bags taut as desired.
- Attach the bag to the cargo rail:
- In high position: Adjust the Adjustable Cargo Rail to the highest position (A).
- Unfold the top section of the Globe Cargo Bag (B).
- Attach the upper webbing chain (C) to the long side of the outer rail using three to four Velcro straps (D).
- Additional straps may be used on the short sides if desired.
- Secure the bag to the running board:
- Thread the four base Velcro straps (A) through the channels on the underside of the Globe Running Boards (B) and fasten them securely.
Safety Information
- Ensure the cargo is evenly spaced and loaded when installing and loading the Globe Cargo Side Bag.
- Practice riding in a controlled environment with the pannier adapter fully loaded before your first ride.
- Before each ride, ensure the cargo bags are securely installed and any accessory is securely attached.
- Never exceed the maximum allowed cargo weight for your bicycle/fork or the rack’s maximum allowed cargo weight limit.
- The weight limit of the accessory may be lower. Always adhere to the lower weight limits of either the rack or the accessory.
- Refer to the table for Globe bicycle racks and fork weight limit guidelines.

Assembly Instructions
The Globe Cargo side bags are versatile and highly adjustable. The following is a recommended installation procedure.
Note
The Cargo Side Bags should only be used with the Globe Adjustable Cargo
Rail and the Globe Running Boards. Use of the Globe Cargo Side bag without
these two components is not recommended.

Step 1: Secure the bag to the rear rack rail and running board.

Attach the rear lower webbing chain (A) to the lower rear rack rail (B) using three to four Velcro straps.
NOTE

Securing the tabs to the upper rack rail (C) will interfere with the function of the rack platform, such as attaching an MIK adapter to the rack.

Step 2: Attach the bag to the cargo rail. (Low position)
- Adjust the Adjustable Cargo Rail to the lowest position (A).
- Fold the top section of the Globe Cargo Bag inside itself (B).
- The upper bag section can be tucked inside or folded/rolled over to weatherproof your cargo.
- Attach the lower webbing chain (C) to the outer rail using three to four Velcro straps (D). Additional straps may be used on the short sides if desired.
- Readjust all Velcro straps to make the bags taut as desired

- Adjust the Adjustable Cargo Rail to the highest position (A).
- Unfold the top section of the Globe Cargo Bag (B).

Step 4: Secure the bag to the running board
- Thread the four base Velcro straps (A) through the channels on the underside of the Globe Running Boards (B) and fasten them securely

- WARNING! Never exceed the maximum allowed cargo weight for your bicycle/fork or the rack’s maximum allowed cargo weight limit. However, the weight limit of the accessory may be lower. Always adhere to the lower of weight limits of either the rack or the accessory. See the table for the Globe bicycle racks and fork weight limit guidelines.
