INSTRUCTION

INITIAL MAT USE AND STORAGE

  1. Unroll mat within a few days of receipt. Let mat lay Sat for 24 hours at room temperature before placing out for use. If the mat will not lay flat, move to a warm area. Heat will cause the vinyl mat to become more pliable and lay flat more quickly.
  2. To store mat, roll it up and lay on its side in a moderate temperature, dry area. Do not stand on edge or crush.

SPECIFICATIONS

Acceptable usage is determined by resistance as listed in the table below.
Unacceptable usage leads to product failure and voids warranty. These ratings are to be used as a guide only. Actual results may vary depending on concentration of chemicals. Ratings for vinyl products performed at 68°F.

MAINTENANCE

Regular maintenance of your mat is critical to extend mat life and appearance. It is recommended that a regular maintenance schedule be developed. Frequency will depend on traffic and soil conditions. Improper use or lack of maintenance will void mat or matting warranty.

PERIODIC INSPECTION
Periodic inspection is recommended to check for tears on a regular basis. To repair a damaged area, glue the section together with cyanoacrylate ester type (super glue) adhesive such as Uline S 17190 Loafer,’ Instant Adhesive.

GENERAL MAINTENANCE

If used in a dry environment sweep regularly or dry mop the surface. These mats can be damp mopped with a mild soap or detergent.
