- Remove packaging and make sure the heater is intact and undamaged before using it. If in any doubt, do not use the heater, but instead contact the Kogan.com customer support team.
- Packaging materials (plastic bags, polystyrene, staples, etc.) must be kept out of reach of children as they could be hazardous.
- The heater must only be used by responsible adults. For their safety, children and persons with reduced mental capacities must not use this appliance unless under the supervision of a responsible adult.
- Before connecting the heater, check the power cable to ensure that it is not damaged.
- This heater must only be used for the purpose for which it has been manufactured, i.e. for additional electrical heating in rooms. Any other use is considered improper use and therefore dangerous and will void your warranty. Kogan.com is not responsible for any damage caused by improper, incorrect, or unreasonable use.
- If the appliance is faulty and/or operating incorrectly, switch it off and unplug it, then contact the Kogan.com customer support team.
- Switch the appliance off at the wall socket and unplug it when not in use or before carrying out cleaning or maintenance.
- Do not use the appliance near sources of water such as baths, showers, or pools, and do not touch the appliance with wet or damp hands or feet
- Do not use the heater in the presence of potentially flammable or explosive liquids or gases.
- Unwind the entire length of the power cord to avoid overheating.
- Check that the electric capacity of the system and the power outlets in your home are adequate for the maximum power stated on the plate. If in doubt, contact a qualified electrician.
- Do not leave the heater plugged in when it is not required. Unplug the heater from the mains after it has been switched off.
- Do not obstruct the ventilation or heat dispersion openings.
- The power cord on this appliance must not be replaced by the user. If the cord is damaged or requires replacement, contact the Kogan.com customer support team.
- Avoid anything having direct contact with the hot surfaces of the heater. Check that the power cord is not placed in front of the hot air outlet grille.
- Do not use near bathtubs, showers, or basins.
- Use in an upright position only.
- Keep the suction grille clean.
- Do not use the heater directly below a fixed power outlet.
- Do not cover the heater with anything at all.
- Some parts of the heater can become very hot and cause burns. Particular attention must be given when used near children and vulnerable people.
- Keep the heater and the power cord out of reach of children.
ASSEMBLY
Foot Assembly
Put the feet
into the heater’s housing, then secure them with the supplied ST4 3×10 screws.
To move the appliance, switch it off and disconnect it from the power mains,
then wait for the heater to cool down.
Use the side gripping points for transport.
Wall Assembly
Note that the heater must be installed at least 15cm above the floor and 50cm below the ceiling.
- Make two holes (515mm apart for the 2000W heater)
- With a diameter of 8mm and a depth of 40mm, insert the supplied anchors in the holes, then use a screwdriver to tighten the screws supplied with the anchors. These screws must protrude from the anchor. You can then hang the heater using the hook holes on the back of the unit.
Note: Before drilling, make sure there are no wires or pipes located under the wall.
OVERVIEW
Touch screen buttons located on the product correspond to the remote control.
Power
When the heater is plugged in, press POWER to set the functions. The right part of the display will show ” ” Press POWER again to reset the functions. The right part of the display will now show the ” ” and “ “symbols.
Mode
Press “5-mode” to regulate the low ( ) and high ( ) temperature power mode.
Temperature
The internal temperature is displayed every time the heater is turned on. The
temperature can be set when the heater is either in standby mode or actively
heating. When the room temperature reaches the set level, the high-temperature
power stops, and the low-temperature power mode will remain active.
When the room temperature is 2 degrees over the set temperature, both the high
and low-temperature power modes will stop operating. The heater will begin
operating again only when the temperature decreases by 2 degrees with respect
to the set temperature. The temperature regulation range is 15°C – 35°C.
Timer
The timer button can be set to stop the heater at the desired time, with a timer interval between 1 to 24 hours.
Operating Sound
The heater will emit a beep tone upon each successful operation setting.
Memory
The heater can store the last temperature setting in its memory. This temperature will be shown at start-up. If the power settings are different, start-up reset will go to those set as default.
OPERATION
Insert the plug into a suitable power socket. Turn on the side switch. A beep will be emitted and the temperature icon °C and the timer icon ` ‘ will appear on the display. The figure to the right of the temperature icon will show the room temperature with the time set at ‘0’. The machine will go on standby.
- Press POWER and the low-temperature icon ( ) will appear. The appliance is now working in low heat power mode.
- Press MODE: Low temperature ( ) and high temperature ( ) can be selected.
- Shutdown: the icons will not be lit up.
Temperature selection: °C
Press the temperature button and the °C icon will flash. Press + or – to
select the desired temperature within the range of 15°C and 35°C. The
temperature indicator will remain lit for a short time.
Timer Selection: press the timer button and the ‘ ‘ icon will flash. Press +
or – to select the desired off time, from between 1 and 24 hours. The
remaining time will appear. LCD room temperature display: the appliance will
stop when the temperature exceeds 2 degrees with respect to the set
temperature.
Press POWER and the room temperature will appear, the timer will show “0”.
Temperature powers will switch off and the appliance will go into standby.

MAINTENANCE
- Before carrying out routine cleaning, switch the heater off and disconnect the main power. Use a soft, damp cloth only. Do not use abrasive cleaning chemicals.
- Do not EVER submerge any parts of the heater in water.
- No parts of the heater can be repaired by customers, as this can be hazardous and will void your warranty. Contact the Kogan.com customer support team if the heater operates in any manner that does not appear normal.
Disposal
This marking indicates that this appliance should not be disposed of with other household wastes. To prevent possible harm to the environment or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle it responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of material resources.
