Operation Manual

Safety precautions:

1. Please do not touch the lens to prevent the lens from being damaged or dirty.
2. Please pay attention to prevent the lens from being worn, scratched or even scratched.
3. Install the equipment in an environment with waterproof and lightning protection measures.
4. Because the non-cooled infrared thermal imager uses very sensitive thermal sensors, the lens shall not be directed directly at a strong radiation source (such as the sun, direct laser beam or reflection) under any circumstances (boot or shutdown), otherwise, it will cause permanent damage to the non-cooled infrared thermal imager.
5. The product is precision electronic instrument equipment, so in the use, storage and transportation process, please be careful to prevent the equipment from being vigorously collided by external forces or falling from a height and other dangerous actions.
6. During transportation and storage, ambient temperature is not allowed below-25℃; original packing boxes must be used during transportation.
7. Before opening the device, make sure it is the original power adapter and connected correctly. If the power connection is wrong, it may cause equipment damage.
8. If the equipment is running abnormally, please contact the supplier and do not remove the equipment by yourself.

1.2.1 Tripod installation
Open the tripod packing box, take out the tripod and tripod accessories, and screw them into the corresponding screw holes at the bottom of the device.

HDMI interface: display device access
Power interface: connect 5V DC power supply
Audio interface: 3.5mm audio interface (optional HDMI or 3.5mm as sound output)

Main interface of temperature measurement

The system will automatically enter the temperature measurement interface after starting.

The main interface of the software is divided into temperature measurement area and image display area.

1. Visible light real-time video display area;
2. Infrared thermal imaging real-time video display area;
3. Display area for normal body temperature pass capture;
4. Overtemperature personnel capture display area: when detected more than the alarm set temperature, will automatically capture the display, and prompt alarm sound.

Menu:

Connect the mouse-click the “menu” in the upper left corner-call up the relevant function setting items.
2.2.1 Face bias calibration (factory setup completed)
If the face frame of the thermal imaging screen is not in the middle of the face, the face deviation calibration should be carried out. As shown in the following figure, there are 6 temperature measuring positions, from near to far, and the frame with the same position should be adjusted left and right. 2.2.2 Blackbody position setting (factory setting completed)
Select the black body position setting, please adjust according to the thermal imaging screen prompts. Click the left button to select and set the black body position (click the right mouse button to exit the setting 2.2.3 blackbody parameter setting (factory setting completed)

2.2.4 Alarm parameter setting
The default alarm temperature is 37.3℃

2.2.5 Compensation parameter setting (important)
This setting is changed according to the site environment

• If the background of thermal imaging is not high temperature, choose a normal environment;
• If the thermal imaging background is high, select a high-temperature environment; (forehead temperature mode, the outside has little influence on temperature measurement, generally placed in an outdoor environment, or the camera is facing a high-temperature background such as outdoors)
• Compensation temperature: If there is a big deviation between the temperature measured on-site and the temperature measured by the forehead gun, this option needs to be set.

2.2.6 Refresh time settings:
Normal traffic personnel and high-temperature alarm personnel below the interface default refresh time 2 minutes, if you need to change, Menu-Refresh time settings.
2.2.7 Audio output settings
This option is an audio output interface. If the monitor comes with a speaker and the signal connection is HDMI-HDMI cable, you can choose HDMI output; if the signal cable is HDMI-VGA cable, you can choose 3.5mm output, and you can connect to  3.5 The speaker with mm audio input interface serves as an alarm output.2.2.8 Platform connection settings (contact technicians if necessary).
2.2.9 Mode selection settings: if the equipment is installed on the security door, please switch the security door mode.
2.2.10 System language settings: temperature interface language settings simplified Chinese, English optional (system language needs to be customized).

Move the mouse to the upper edge of the screen, and click “Thermal imaging Human Body Temperature Monitoring System” to minimize the temperature measurement interface. There is a folder named “Savepic” on the upper left of the desktop, double-click “Savepic”, “Alarm” is the over-temperature alarm photo record, “Capture “Is a record of all temperature measurement photos.

Use of caution

1. After the temperature measuring equipment is turned on, there is about 5-10 minutes of preheating time.
2. System software factory installation completed, field use can be directly turned on, internal files do not modify and delete, otherwise the software will not be able to run.
3. The continuous running time of the system is recommended to be 12 hours, and for more than 12 hours it is recommended to turn off the equipment, cut off the main switch of the power supply and reboot.
4. The effective distance is 0.5 m-4 m, and the optimum temperature measuring distance is 0.5 m-2.5 m.
