TECHNICAL DATA
– Maximum operating distance 8 metres.
– Battery mod. CR2450 (3V) lithium (Fig.1).
INSTALLATION:
Fix the bracket (A) in the required position using the screws (B) supplied in
the pack (Fig.2)
Check the operating distance according to the indications given in the table
in Fig.3
CAUTION: The sensor must not be installed near electromagnetic or heat
sources or exposed to direct sunlight.
A maximum of 7 IR WI-XD sensors can be applied to a single X-Driver
COUPLING WITH STATIC LIGHT X-DRIVER WITH MODULE CM2-XD (Fig.4):
– Press the X-Driver button (C) until the blue signaling LED comes on and then
press the IR WI-XD (D) button until the signaling LED (E) remains steady, then
briefly press the button (D) again until the signaling LED (E) flashes.
COUPLING WITH DYNAMIC TW LIGHT X-DRIVER WITH MODULE CM2-XDTW (Fig.5):
– Press the X-Driver button (C) until the blue signaling LED comes on and then
press the IR WI-XD (D) button until the signaling LED (E) remains steady, then
briefly press the button (D) again twice until the signaling LED flashes
twice.
LIMIT SWITCH OPERATION x TW STATIC AND DYNAMIC LIGHT:
– Limit switch operation, when the unit door covers the sensor (F) the
luminaires connected to the X-DRIVER switch off, and vice versa when opening
the door they switch on.
To change the operation from LIMIT SWITCH to DIMMER SWITCH briefly press the
button (D).
DIMMER SWITCH OPERATION x STATIC LIGHT:
– ON-OFF function: The luminaires connected to X-DRIVER are switched on and
off by briefly moving the hand in front of the sensor (F).
– DIMMER and LEVEL MEMORY functions: Keeping the hand steady in front of the
sensor (F) it is possible to adjust the brightness of the luminaires.
The selected brightness will be stored until the next reset (LEVEL MEMORY).
To change the operation from DIMMER SWITCH to LIMIT SWITCH briefly press the
button (D).
COLOUR CHANGE OPERATION x TW DYNAMIC LIGHT:
The luminaires are switched on and off by briefly moving the hand in front of
the sensor (F).
Keeping the hand steady in front of the sensor (F) it is possible to vary the
colour hue of the luminaire, the selected colour will be stored until it is
changed again (Color Memory).
To change the operation from DIMMER SWITCH to LIMIT SWITCH briefly press the
button (D).
BATTERY-POWERED DEVICES:
These precautions are valid for all products equipped with disposable or
rechargeable batteries. Improper battery use may cause the batteries to lose
liquid, overheat or explode. The battery liquid is corrosive, may be toxic,
cause burns to the eyes and skin, and is harmful if swallowed.
To reduce the risk of injury:
– Keep batteries out of reach of children.
– Do not heat, open or tamper with the batteries or dispose of them by
throwing them in the fire.
– Avoid contact between metal items and the terminals of the batteries in the
device, as this could cause them to overheat and cause burns.
– Remove the batteries when flat and before storing the device for long
periods.
Always remove the old batteries when flat or with a low charge, and recycle
them or dispose of them in conformity with the laws in force.
– In the event of liquid leakage, remove the battery carefully, preventing the
liquid from coming into contact with the skin or clothing. If any liquid
leaking form the batteries comes into contact with the skin or clothing, rinse
the exposed parts immediately with water.
Use only batteries of the appropriate type and size.
Suffocation hazard:
These devices contain small components which could constitute a suffocation
hazard for children. Keep these components out of reach of children.
