Steps before using the product

Introduction to the clock

Operating Instruction

Scan the QR code, after this you can download the app from iOS app store or Android app store. Choose the “Setracker2” application.

1. Login to the application. You can open the app after scanning the QR code in the user manual, It will enter the page as shown in the picture

2. APP registration
   You must first register manually, before you can log into your account. During the registration process, you can either scan your 15-digit registration code or enter it manually. Each code is unique, so It cannot be used more than once; If the code has already been registered, you must request the commercial agent to restore the corresponding identification number. You must configure the account with 4-16 numbers or letters. The account is purely exclusive and cannot be used repeatedly by anyone else;
   however, 1f someone else uses it repeatedly, the original user will have to create a new account and register again. Customers can enter the information themselves and the password can be changed later if the user forgets it; the registration code, login information, and mobile phone number that the user used to register the account. The registration screen Is shown in the image.

    Device: Click the pattern, then the map will update the location of the watch.

29. See alarm instructions
    Under clock alarms, under any circumstances, the companion app on your smartphone wlll receive alarm messages. Touch the “alarm” m the mobile application and enter the main interface of the mobile application, here you can get all the information you need about the alarm.

Watch working mode instructions.

The watch has three basic working modes which are “normal mode”, “power saving mode” and “real time positioning mode” Different working patterns have different loading interval times
Normal mode: 600 second charging interval.
Power saving mode: 3600 second charging interval.
Real-time positioning mode: 60 second charging interval.

Additional instructions for use for the watch.

1. SOS emergency alarm clock.
   Hold down the “SOS” key (key 2 of the watch) for 3 seconds, an “SOS” message will be displayed on the watch screen and the watch will be in alarm state; second, it will call all three SOS numbers in a loop for two rounds. If someone answers the call, the watch will stop ticking. However, 1f no one answers, the watch will stop calhng after two rounds. The watch will send an SMS to the monitoring number (disabled by default) In the meantime, an alarm notification will also be sent to the companion mobile app.

2. Low battery alarm.
   The clock battery is displayed as a percentage. When the battery level is below 20%, the watch will send an alarm SMS to the monitoring number (disabled by default). Meanwhile, an alarm notification will be sent to the mobile app

3. Intercom (push to talk).
   Use the watch to make a push-to-talk conversation with the app: Press and hold the “record” key on the watch to start recording the audio, the voice recording will be sent to the companion app once the key is released

4. Voice monitoring.
   First assign a monitoring number and the number will be saved in the SMS alert settings by default. After sending the instructions to open voice monitoring, the watch will dial the monitoring number for a one-way call.

5. Shutdown.
   The watch can be turned off by pressing the button (without SIM card).
   It can also be turned off using the mobile app through “Remote Shutdown” or due to power failure.

6. The phone book
   Set up 1 O contact numbers m the phone book of the watch. Briefly press the 1 key on the watch to open the phone book, briefly press again to select the desired numbers (the numbers are repeated from the bottom), press the 1 key to dial the selected number. These 10 phone numbers can be dialed from the watch and used to start a Push-To-Talk audio message conversation.

7. Answer and hang up calls
   When another clock Is calling, briefly press key 1 to go off-hook, 1f the user wants to hang up, simply press key 2.

Troubleshooting

If the clock cannot connect to the server after it is started for the first time. Later, the mobile application wlll send the warning that the device Is not
connected to the Internet. Please check

1. If the SIM card installed inside the watch belongs to the GSM network or not, networks such as Telecom are not supported.

2. Whether the watch’s SIM card is enabled for 2G data traffic or not, currently watches can only use 2G data traffic, so it must support 2G data traffic

3. Server parameters such as IP and port, check if the ID is correct and make sure the watch identification number is the same as the one that has been marked on the watch by the factory. Customer can edit the SMS “w, 123456, ts#” on the watch by itself (the watch must be turned on with the SIM card and the SMS must be m the English input method).

4. There are two types of situations if the user cannot register:
