Smart Watch instructions

Notice of use:

1.  The smartwatch can detect dynamic and real-time heart rate and blood pressure, but cannot be used for any medical function.
2.  Charging: Charge the smartwatch before use and make sure it is fully charged. Confirm that 2 vibrating needles of the magnetic type charger line up with 2 charging contacts of the host or insert the charging clip into the USB adapter (SV SOOmA adapter). Make sure there is no dirt, oxidation, or impurities on the metal contacts. There will be a charging icon on  the smartwatch screen while charging. If you do not use the smartwatch for a long time, please charge it every three months.
3. Do not charge with a power adapter with an output current greater than 2A; otherwise, the smartwatch will be damaged.
4.  Please do not shower the smartwatch with hot water or put it in high temperature; Otherwise, it will damage the waterproof performance of the smart watch. 1.5. Do not charge under wet or water-stained conditions.

•  Long press to turn on I off
• Short press to Extinguish /Wake up the screen.

Application installation and Bluetooth connection.

1. Please search “FitCloudPro” on Myapp and Google Play on Android mobiles, or in the App Store on iPhone mobiles. Or scan the QR code to download and install the app. ‘

Note: Supports Android 4.4 and above/ iOS 8.0 and above/ Bluetooth 4.0 and above.

Pair smartwatch. Click on the pairing device selection and discover the device you want to connect. If there are multiple devices nearby, select the MAC address of your own smartwatch to link. If the smartwatch is paired with the mobile successfully, there will be a Bluetooth icon on the top of the smartwatch.

Introduction To Functions

• Change the main interface. In the main interface, long-press the touch button to switch the main interface.

• Sports information. Shows daily steps, distance and calories consumed.

• Heart rate Slide to enter the heart rate interface, launch to measure and display the heart rate data.

• Blood oxygen. Slide to enter the blood oxygen interface, start to measure and display the blood oxygen data.

• Blood pressure. Slide to enter the blood pressure interface, start to measure and display the blood pressure data.

• Sport mode. Slide to enter the sport mode, select the corresponding mode and start to monitor the sports data.

• Sleep monitor.
  Check your sleep quality and data every night. The device is activated for monitoring at 9:30 PM each night.

• Stopwatch
  Slide to enter the stopwatch interface and start with one dick to start timing; press again to stop; dick the right key to return to zero.

• Message.
  Slide to enter message interface to view received message notifications.

• Find the mobile phone.
  Slide to enter the interface to find the mobile. Click on the screen and the phone will answer.
  Please connect the device to the application before enabling this function.

• QR Code.
  Swipe to enter QR code interface and scan with mobile to download.

• Music.
  After connecting to the mobile Bluetooth, slide to enter the music interface, click the corresponding buttons to change the music and adjust the volume, etc.

• Brightness adjustment.
  Slide to enter the brightness adjustment interface and click the+/- button to adjust the brightness of the backlight.

• Change the dial.
  Slide to enter dial shift interface and click to select dial shift.

• Language.
  Slide to enter the language setting interface to change the language.

• Alarm.
  Click to enter the alarm interface to set the alarm.

• Factory restoration.
  Slide to enter factory restore interface to select whether to restore or not.

• System.
  Slide to enter the system interface to view the Bluetooth name, Mac address, and the firmware information of the device.

• Shutdown.
  Slide to enter the Shutdown interface to shut down the device.

• Dropdown menu.
  Slide down the main interface to select “brightness”, “settings” and other functions.

• Raise your wrist to light up.
  Click on raise your wrist to illuminate and set this function.

• Vibration force.
  Click to enter vibration strength to adjust vibration strength.

• Lighting time.
  Click to enter lighting time to adjust this function.

• Woman.
  Click to enter the Woman function to see the current menstrual cycle. After the smartwatch connects with the app, all the menstrual cycle parameters can be set in the app, such as menstruation, pregnancy preparation, gestational week,due date,etc.

Precautions.

1. Why should the smartwatch fit tightly while testing the heart rate?
   By adopting the principle of light reflection, the smartwatch penetrates the skin through the light source and the signals reflected from the sensor are collected to calculate the heart rate. If not used strongly, the ambient light sensor will enter and influence the measurement accuracy.

2. It is not recommended to use it while taking a hot bath:
   First factor: steam produced when taking a hot bath. Due to the high temperature of the bathwater, it is easy to produce a lot of vapors. Vapors are gas with a small molecular radius, so it will easily penetrate through the gap in the smartwatch case. After the temperature drops, it will gradually cool down to a drop of water, which will damage the circuit board and then damage the smartwatch.
   Second factor: temperature. When electronic products are influenced by high temperature, low temperature, high temperature and low-temperature cyclical change, there will be variations of internal components and parts parameters, which will directly influence the normal operation and even damage the smart watch. Pay attention to these while using them in daily life.
