Preparations before usage
Startup & Shutdown/usage notices:
- Adjust printer power supply switch to I status, namely open power supply switch;
- Adjust printer power supply switch to 0 status, namely close power supply switch;
- Must use power supply switch to close power supply. The printer internal circuit is easily broken if directly unplug power supply plug to close power supply, and caused lost of printing data;
- It needs to wait for a moment (above 5 seconds) when reopen power supply after power supply closure, failure easily produced if immediately open power supply and not set aside a period of time;
- Please use original power supply of the machine, otherwise it may cause printing quality reduction or printer damaged.
Cable Connection
Power Connection
- Confirm that the power switch is in off (0) state.
- Connect the power adapter to the printer.
- Connect the power line to the power adapter.
- Connect the other end of the power line to a nearby socket.
USB Connection
- Connect the USB cable to the printer.
- Connect the USB cable to the PC host.
- Turn the power switch to on (I) state.

Driver installation
Use official website to download the driver, and gradually install driver
procedure, as shown in figure 1:
Paper type selection
Select paper specification among “Printer preference item”-“Advance”, as shown
in figure 2:Express sheet formality of mainstream express company has been
preinstalled on the printer, and you can only select it according to required
specification, if it is special circumstances, and without corresponded
specification selection, please custom paper specification.
Installation completion
Click the button of “Printing test page” as shown in figure 3, if it could
print and carry out normally positioning, it indicates printer driver has been
installed correctly.
Button function setting
It could carry out simple operation to the printer by the button.

Folded paper installation

Facing the back of the machine, hold the paper guide with both hands, and adjust the distance between the left and right guides according to the folded paper size.

Insert the folded paper into the paper guide

Confirm that the printer has detected paper feeding, automatically feeds paper and delivers paper normally
Solution for stuck paper
- Move the top cover lever forward with both hands and lift the top cover.
- Remove the jammed paper from the feeding channel, and check whether the print head has adhesive or carbon deposition. If yes, clean it with an alcohol cloth, remove the wrinkled paper and replace it with new paper.

Printer usage tips
- Please use original power adapter in order to guarantee printer best printing quality;
- Regularly or clean printing head piece under unclear case could guarantee high quality printing effect;
- Suggest to carry out “label automatic intelligence study” when replace paper specification (including paper thickness, quality) each time;
- Avoid to use poor quality paper, and poor quality paper only caused extremely damage to printer and printer heating damage;
- The product with automatic paper absorbing functions, please use rear end absorbing paper way to load paper, and uncover loading paper could cause paper waste;
- If used paper with poor quality, and the heating piece has been confirmed to confirm, appropriately improve printing density by driver if it is unable to meet printing effect.
