I. Product Information & Safety Information

The EW-7611ULB V2 is a nano-sized 2-in-1 Wi-Fi USB Adapter with Bluetooth 4.2 that supports Wi-Fi up to 150Mbps and allows users to connect to Bluetooth devices such as mobile phones, tablets, mice, keyboards, printers, and more.
When connected to an EW-7611ULB V2 network, you can experience secure web surfing (WEP 64/128, WPA, WPA2, and IEEE 802.1x).
And with a tiny nano-size design you can easily plug it in without blocking any surrounding USB ports, for both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity at the same time.

I-2. System Requirement

II. Hardware Installation

Please follow the steps below to install your Wi-Fi USB adapter,
1. Turn on your PC.
2. Insert the USB adapter into an available USB port of your computer.

Never use force to insert the USB adapter.

III. Driver Installation
Please follow the steps below to install the EW-7611ULB V2 Windows driver.
III-1. Windows
1. Go to the Edimax website (https://www.edimax.com/edimax/global/).
2. Enter model no. “EW-7611ULB V2” into the search box to search for your product, and Go to Download, and download the driver.
To select your product and find related download materials, enter the model number into the search box on the right side or follow the simple steps below: *Feel free to contact us anytime if you need help or if you can’t find your product.

3. Open the folder and double-click to install the driver.

4. Click “Next” to continue and follow the instructions on-screen until installation is complete.

5. Select restart your computer now or later and click “Finish”.

IV. Uninstall A Driver
Please follow the steps below to uninstall a driver for your USB adapter,
IV-1. Windows
1. Open Control Panel using the Start menu or Search function.

2. Select Uninstall a program under the Programs category.

3. Select Edimax EW-7611ULB V2 (or similar) and click Uninstall. 4. Click Yes to continue. 5. Click Finish to complete the uninstalling.

V. Connecting to Wi-Fi
Please follow the steps below to connect your Windows to Wi-Fi via
EW-7611ULB V2.
V-1. Windows
Below is an example of how to connect.
NOTE: The process may vary according to your Windows edition.
1. Click the network icon (examples below) in the system tray and select “Connect to a network”.

2. Search for the SSID of your Wi-Fi network and then click “Connect”. If you set a password for your network, you will then be prompted to enter it. 3. After correctly entering your password, you will be successfully connected to your Wi-Fi network.

NOTE: To ensure that your USB wireless adapter can function correctly, it is recommended that you disable any other existing wireless network adapters installed on your computer.
