- Do not use any liquids to clean the products.
- Do not use the earbuds near water or intense temperatures.

Charging:
The battery isolator on both earbuds needs to be removed in order to be
charged. Be sure to charge the devices completely before initial use.
1 . Charging the earbuds
-
Magnetic contact recharging, once placed into the charging case and close the lid earbuds will begin to charge automatically.

The case LED (3) will turn WHITE for 1 second when placing the earbuds into the charging case. Make sure the case lid is closed to confirm the charging has begun.
2 Charging the power case -
Use the Type-C cable to connect to an adapter or computer to charge the power case.

When charging the power case LED light will turn RED.
-
Once fully charged, the power case LED will turn off.

Open the case, the charging case LED will glow GREEN, ORANGE, or RED to indicate the battery life.
– Green LED — case has 80%-100% power
– Orange LED – case has 40-79% power
– Red LED – case has 15%-39% power
– Red LED (flashing) — low battery
Stereo Earbud Usage:
1. Pairing: First time -
Open the charging case lid, the earbuds will auto power on and auto-pair to each other after a few seconds.

Now activate Bluetooth on your mobile device. If the pairing is successful, only one “infidelity ANC TWS” pairing name will appear.
2. Search and Pairing -
Select “infidelity ANC TWS” from your Bluetooth function.

When you hear “Connected”, you will be successfully connected to your Bluetooth.

The earbuds are now ready to be used.

Previously paired earbuds connected automatically when power is switched ON.

If the earbuds didn’t pair to your phone successfully, place them back into the charging case and closed the lid, then open the lid to pair again.
3. Power ON:
Open the charging case lid.
4. Power OFF: -
Place your earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid.
5. Calling -
Answer/End Call:
Touch the multifunction button once to answer an incoming call, and again to end the call. -
Reject a call: Press and hold the multifunction button for 2 seconds to reject an incoming call.
6. Playing Audio -
Touch the multifunction button on the right or left earbud to play/pause your audio.

Double touch the right ear multifunction button to go to the next track and double press the left button to go to the previous track.

If you want to adjust the volume, you must use a connected device.
7. Activate Voice Assistant:
Triple touch the multifunction button, you will hear a beeping sound to indicate that your voice Assistant/Sin is “activated” and awaiting your commands.
8. ANC ON/OFF & Transparency Mode:
Long touch any earbud to switch between ANC ON /ANC OFF/ Transparency modes, earbuds will voice prompt each mode.
9. In-Ear Detection: -
When playing music, if one or both earbuds are removed from the ear the music will stop.

Once the earbuds are placed back into the ears, music will auto-resume

If earbuds are removed for an extended amount of time, music will not automatically resume and will need manually resumed.
Resetting your earbuds: -
If you have trouble pairing your earbuds, turn off your Bluetooth.

Place both earbuds back into the charged power case.

Now remove the earbuds and follow the instructions under “Pairing Both Earbuds”.
Single Earbud Usage:
1. Pairing for the first time

Open the charging case lid, the earbuds will auto power on.

Open your Bluetooth options, switch on Bluetooth and select the pairing name “infidelity ANC TWS”.

If pairing is successful, you will hear the voice prompt “Connected”.

If you would like to sync the earbuds, simply remove the other earbud from the case. The earbuds will pair automatically.
2 Power ON/OFF -
Power ON: Open the charging case lid. Power OFF: Place your earbud back into The charging case and close the lid.
3. Once the earbud is successfully connected with your device, you can listen to audio.
4. Answer/End calls: Touch the multifunction button once to answer an incoming call, and again to end.
5. Reject a call: Touch and hold the multifunction button for 2 seconds to reject an incoming call.
6. Music : Touch the multifunction button once to pause the music or play the music.
7. Activate Voice Assistant: Triple press the multifunction button, you will hear a beeping sound to indicate that your voice Assistant/Siri is “activated” and awaiting your commands.

Mobile devices cannot connect with the earbuds if the earbuds are not in
pairing mode.
If the earbuds are unable to connect to a mobile device via Bluetooth for 5+
minutes, the earbuds will power off automatically.

Safety Precautions
