How to use?

Step 1: Connect your phone or other devices to HD3 (Type-C audio input).
Step 5: Configuring Foobar2000 Open Foobar2000, click on File

Preferences >Tools >SCAD, and select Output Mode as DSD Click Playback Output >ASIO, double-click ASIO drivers: “foo_dsd_asio”, select “BRAVO-HD” and close the window Click Playback >Output, select the output device: “ASIO: foo_dsd_asio” and then Apply Add a DSD music source, then enjoy the Hi-Fi DSD music.

O&A/ Troubleshooting

  1. No sound?

    • Make sure the input indicator light and power indicator light stays on;
      Android/10S devices:

    • Make sure the Type-C cable you used is compatible with the HD3. (The packag comes with an Type-C cable supporting two way data transmission. Some Type-C cable may only support one-way data transmission, try the other end for input).

    • Make sure your device supports OTG digital output; -Please choose the USB digital as output on your Android sound setting;

    • If you are playing DSD music, please make sure the version of your DSD music is under DSD128, and also try Dop or Native DSD mode;
      PC/Computer devices:

    • Please make sure Foobar2000 and the HD3 drivers are well installed; Please make sure you had select output device on your sound  setting;

    • Please make sure the input cable is OTG digital cable;

    • Please restart the HD3 and your deivces to have a try;

  2. I can’t play Spotify music in Plug and Play mode?

    • Please exit the Spotify app and switch the playback device to the computer’sown sound card device, open Spotify and play, confirm that it works and then switch the playback device to HD3 “Trasam HiFi USB Audio”.
  3. 1 can’ t play OSD files on the Foobar2000 app?

    • Please completely uninstall Foobar2000 including the plugins and follow the steps in the video exactly to install the program and configure it. If this does not solve the problem, please contact us through the after-sales email
  4. Get noise when playing music?

    • Try different Type-C audio cable, headphone, music source, and check again. – Please keep this device away from other electronic devices.
    • Try different playback software and song detection. – Make sure your music file is under DS0128, not DSD256 or higher.
    • Turn off the setting of “Lock USB Audio Volume” on the sound setting.
  5. The device turns on but the computer does not recognize it?
    – Make sure the Type-C cable is compatible with the HD3. – Make sure that the Type-C cable are well connected with the computer. – OTG cable may only support one-way data transmission, try the other end for input. – Please make sure the drivers of HD3 are well installed.

  6. HD3 can’t power on when connecting the OTG cable to my phone?

    • Please make sure that HD3 is fully charged. Blue indicator light stays on when working normally. Low battery warning: The Blue Indicator light turns RED.
  7. Can the HD3’s 2.5mm headphone output and 3.5mm headphone output work at the same time?

    • NO. The 2.5mm headphone output will be interrupted when 3.5mm headphone plugs in 3.5mm output priority.
  8. Can HD3 works with 105 devices?

    • Yes. You need an Apple OTG USB Adapter and USB to Type-C OTG cable to transmit the music source to HD3.
