Introduction

State Description

1. Description of standby state:

  • CO2 Concentration 400-800: CO2 icon state STEADY GREEN
  • CO2 Concentration 801-1,200: Drip Sound TWICE, CO2 Indicator light and YELLOW LIGHTS on both sides flash continuously.
  • CO2 Concentration 1,201-2,000: Drip Sound TWICE, CO2 Indicator light, and RED LIGHTS on both sides flash continuously.
  • CO2 Concentration 2,001-5,000: If the value is higher than 2,000 ppm and lasts for 30 seconds, the Co2 Indicator Light and RED LIGHTS on both sides will flash continuously with a 10-second alarm. If the value remains above 2,000 after 30 seconds, the alarm will be given again for 10 seconds and repeated continuously.
  • During the alarm period, press any key to clear the alarm.
  1. Description of temperature measurement status:

“Lo”
The temperature is below 89.6˚F The red light flashes and announces “Please re-test”
“HI”
The temperature is higher than 107.6˚F. The red light flashes and announces “Please re-test”
“Abnormal temperature”
The red light flashes continuously with an alarm sound
“Room temperature”
The green light flashes and it announces “normal temperature”

Operation Instruction

  1. Switch and Reset:
    Press the “ON/OFF/Menu” button, the machine will startup
    Press and hold the “Menu” button for 2 seconds, the machine will shut down.
    Press and hold the “ON/OFF/Menu” button for 6 seconds until “RST” is displayed then reset to the factory default settings.

  2. Historical temperature query:
    Use the “Left” and “Right” keys to view historical temperature data. The H3 Pro supports up to 99 readings to review.
    Display the serial number of the review temperature first, and then display the temperature corresponding to the serial number.

  3. Clear historical data:
    After viewing the historical temperature, press and HOLD the “Left” or “Right” button for 2 seconds. The screen will display “CLr”. When the 3 horizontal bars are displayed the data is cleared.
    Press the ON/OFF/Menu” button or wait 10 seconds to automatically exit.

  4. Exit menu settings:
    a. Press and hold the ON/OFF/Menu” button
    b. Wait 10 seconds to automatically exit.

  5. Temperature measurement:
    Sensor distance is 2 to 4 inches

  1. Language setting:
    Quickly press the “Menu” button ONCE to enter the language setting. Selecting the “Left” and “Right” buttons will switch the language. A voice will broadcast the selected language:
    CH/CH1/CH2/CH3: Chinese. EN: English. IT: Italian. HR: Korean. SP: Spanish. JP/JP1: Japanese. GE: German: PO: Portuguese. FR: French. RU: Russian. AR: Arabic. IN: Hindi. HO: Dutch. TL: Thai. PL: Polish. DI: Buzzer sound “di”

  2. Temperature unit setting:
    Quickly press the “Menu” button to switch to F2. Selecting the “Left” and “Right” buttons will switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
    C: Celsius. F: Fahrenheit

  3. Volume setting:
    Quickly press the “Menu” button to switch to F3. The default setting is V02.
    Use the “Left” and “Right” buttons to adjust the volume. VoO is silent, Vo5 is Maximum.

  4. Mode setting:
    Quickly press the “Menu” button to switch to F4. Selecting the “Left” and “Right” buttons will switch the mode settings.

  5. Alarm temperature setting:
    The “Left” or “Right” keys can switch between the alarm temperature 36.038.0˚C. The default is 37.5˚C. The temperature alarm is only valid in “Body” mode.

  6. Automatic shutdown setting:
    Quickly press the “Menu” button to switch to F6. The “Left” or “Right” keys can switch between 12 hours, no automatic shutdown, and 3 hours to shut down. The default A1 is 12 hours to shut down automatically.

  7. Ultra-low temperature setting:
    Quickly press the “Menu” button to switch to F7, the “Left” and “Right” buttons switch “nor/LO/32.0”. The default is “nor”
    Regular Mode

    Supports measurement in a low-temperature environment.
    When the body temperature is lower than 32.0˚C. Display LO and red light, and announce “Please re-test.”
    When the body temperature is lower than 32.0˚C. Display 32.0 and green light, and announce “normal temperature.”

  8. Standby brightness display setting:
    Quickly press the “Menu” button to switch to F8, enter the standby brightness display setting. “Left” and “Right” buttons switch L1/L2/L3.
    3 horizontal bars at the bottom of the standby display. To save power, the default setting is L1 brightness.

  9. CO2 monitoring switch setting:
    Quickly press the “Menu” button to switch to F9. “Left” and “Right” buttons switch whether the C02 monitoring is turned on. C1 is turned on by default.

  10. Sound effect setting:
    Quickly press the “Menu” button to switch to FA, select the “Left” and “Right” buttons to select sound effects.

Tips:

  1. The user has the responsibility to ensure the proper environment for the equipment to function properly.

  2. When changing the operating environment, the equipment must be allowed to acclimate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Glasses and hair can affect infrared. When measuring, please take off your glasses and align your forehead with the sensor head.

  4. Please avoid direct sunlight when using the H3 Mini outdoors.

  5. Keep away from air conditioning and fans, etc.

  6. Due to the high power consumption of CO2 monitoring, if the CO2 function is selected, it is recommended that customers use an extra power supply.

  7. Please use proper batteries with safety certification, and install them correctly according to the correct polarity.
    Non-certified batteries or reversing the polarity will damage the product.

  8. Replace the battery, or recharge the Lithium-ion battery when the power is low.

  9. Use the indoors in cold weather, and ensure the forehead is close to the device.
