Troubleshooting Guide
The battery indicator
The indicator is permanently lit when no batteries are inserted.
Indicator flashing in intervals means low-level battery.
Indicator flashing twice means batteries need replacing.
Abnormal conditions
The screen shows E-01: the feeder is jammed and the food outlet needs
cleaning. The screen shows E-02: the motor does not work normally. Please
check if the motor is running.
Automatic LED screen off
The screen will turn off automatically after 3 minutes without operating. The
LED screen will light up but stay locked when you press any button . Long
press” ”to unlock the buttons.
Not distributing food on schedule
For new devices, you’ll need to set and save the correct local time before
setting the feeding schedule. The device’s internal clock is not pre-set and
does not have an automatic time calibration function. When setting the feeding
schedule, please make sure that the feeding schedule is set to “ON’:
When setting the feeding schedule, please confirm that the feeding time is
correct before saving.
If you follow the above three points, but the device still does not distribute
