WHAT’S IN THE PACKAGE?

• Spare washers are used for water leaks at connections due to missing washers. Use only one per connection.
• Only use Teflon tape on the threads of the shower pipe if there is a leak. Do not use it on any other connections.
• NOTE:
• lt is recommended to replace the filter cartridge every 2-3 months, depending on your water quality.

FILTER REPLACEMENT

INSTALLATION

Note: To protect the surface from the wrench, wrap a cloth around the product installation. Please check the gaskets before each connection.

1. Remove the old showerhead and clean  the threads of the shower pipe.
2. First, install the bracket to the shower arm by turning it clockwise by hand. Then tighten it lightly with a wrench.
3.  Unscrew the caps before connecting. Connect the bracket and the shower handle with the hose.
4.  Turn on water supply to check leakage.

Please ensure that you connect the smooth end of the connector to the handheld shower head; otherwise, it may fall off the bracket.

HOW TO USE

You can adjust the settings you want by turning the handle under the panel left and right. The settings are displayed from left to right below:

Using The Powerful Cleaning Function

• Begin by adjusting the shower mode to the pause mode.
• Use the powerful cleaning function to avoid any inconvenience caused by sudden water discharge in the shower mode after turning off this function.
• Note: the pause mode is designed not to completely stop the water flow, reminding users to remember to turn off the shower after use.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

Leaking at the connection between the shower arm and the bracket

1. Make sure the threads are clean and clear of any leftover tape.
2. Verify that only one gasket is properly seated in the bracket connector.
3. Check that the connections are connected and tightened correctly, over tightening can also cause water leaks.
4. Wrap the teflon tape tightly around the shower pipe 6 or 7 times, going clockwise. Then use your fingers to press the tape clockwise until you see threads.

Only use Teflon tape on the threads of the shower arm when needed, as the washer cannot stop leakage. Do not use it on any other connections
The bracket does not hold after putting the shower head in.

1. In case of A or B, tighten the connection cap of the bracket.
2. If the situation of B continues to occur after operation 1, unscrew the connection cap.
   • If the situation of B continues to occur after operation 1, unscrew the connection cap.
   • Note : A crack on the white O-ring is part of normal structure, but there should be no crack on the black gasket. Please contact customer service if this occurs.

Leaking at hose connections.

1. over tightening can also cause water leaks
2. Make sure that only one washer is properly seated on the bottom of each hose connector. If there is no washer in the connector, put in the spare washer.
3. Grate bar of soap across the bracket threads or the shower head threads to act as a sealant. Then connect the hose again

The water output of the shower decreases after a period of use

1. Replace the filter element first.
2. Unscrew the joining connected the handheld shower head with the hose. Take out the washer, and rinse it with clean water.
3. After reinstalling the rain shower, turn on the water and gently squeeze the clogged water hole until the water comes out normally.
4. If the above methods do not solve the issue, please soak the shower head according to the cleaning instructions

If the above methods cannot solve the problem, please contact customer service for return and replacement.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

Clean the flexible nozzle by rubbing it with your fingers or a soft toothbrush, or soak it in a 50/50 white vinegar/water solution for thorough cleaning. We recommend a thorough cleaning every 6 months to extend the service life of the product.
Do not use harsh chemicals, strong cleaners or abrasives. This may damage parts or finishes and void your warranty.
