You will need to prepare:

  • Wrench

  • 7/8 T-valve (7/8 x 7/8 x 3/8)
  • Screwdriver

Pre-Installation

  1. First, connect the bidet to the positioning discs by inserting the metal hooks into the slots.

PRE-INSTALLATION

  1. First connect the bidet to the positioning discs by inserting the metal hooks into the slots.

INSTALLATION

  1. Connect one end of the hose to the water inlet under the bidet.

  2. Turn off the water supply and drain the water from the toilet water tank. Try to make sure there is no water left in the water tank.

  3. Loosen the bolt at the back of the toilet seat leaving at least ½” clearance between the seat and the toilet baseBidet-Ultra-Slim-Attachment-for-Toilet-06

  4. Slowly lift the toilet seat, and adjust the position of the bidet positioning disc, and insert it into the gap. Make sure the nozzle of the bidet is located in the center of the toilet and close to the back rim of the toilet bowl.Bidet-Ultra-Slim-Attachment-for-Toilet-07

  5. Place the toilet seat back on the toilet over the bidet and secure the bolts firmly.

  6. Unscrew the water hose underneath the toilet tank. Make sure the rubber washer is properly secured inside the nut of the T-valve with the narrow side upward,and then connect the T-valve to the water supply inlet. Next, attach the water supply hose to the bottom of the T-valve.

  7. Connect the stainless steel hose (provided) to the open end of the T-valve.

  8. Slowly turn the water supply back on and check leakage, as well as the function of bidet.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

POSTERIOR WASH

From the middle (OFF) position, turn the handle to the left past the “ sign and proceed towards the ****sign to activate the posterior wash feature. Turning more to the left will increase the water pressure. The nozzle position is adjustable by pushing or pulling the nozzle adjustment button.

FEMININE WASH

From the middle (OFF) position, turn the handle to the right past the sign and proceed towards the sign to activate the feminine wash feature. Turning more to the right will increase the water pressure. The nozzle position is adjustable by pushing or pulling the nozzle adjustment button.

SELF CLEANING

From the middle (OFF) position, turn the handle slightly to the left or right to with the ****sign to activate the self-cleaning function.
The device will spray water from above the nozzle to clean the nozzle.

TURN OFF THE BIDET

From any position, turn the handle towards the middle (aligned with the ‘o’ sign) to turn off the bidet.

lssue| Cause| Solution
After installing the bidet, the toilet seat does not rest flat on the toilet bowl.| The toilet seat model does not fit the bidet|

  1. Contact after-sale returns
  2. Replace the toilet seat with another model

The self-cleaning nozzle feature is not running any water.|

  1. the self-cleaning functin has not been selected.
  2. toilet water supply valve is not opened.

|

  1. turn the knob to select the self-cleaning function.
  2. check if the toilet water supply valve is open.

The nozzle gets stuck or does not extend / retract properly.|

  1. The nozzle is too close to the toilet.
  2. The water  pressure is too low.

|

  1. Reinstall the bidet and adjust the position of the bidet to ensure that the nozzle can extend fully.
  2. Make sure the water supply is turned on.

The water flow from the bidet is too strong.|

  1. The water supply valve is opened too much.
  2. The household water pressure or flow is very high.

|

  1. Turn the water supply valve counter-clock- wise to decrease the water flow.
  2. Install a T-adapter with shut-off valve to reduce the water flow going into the bidet.

The toilet tank is filling up slower than nomal after installing the bidet.| Some air bubbles may have become trapped in the pipes during installation.| Turn of the water supply, uninstall all parts of the bidet, and reattach the water supply hose, Flush the toilet to empty the water tank. Then, reinstall the bidet.
When the bidet is turned on, no water comes out of the nozzle.|

  1. There may be hard water deposits in or around the nozzle.
  2. The water flow knob is not turned on.
  3. The toilet seat or  bowl is blocking the nozzle(s) from extending.

|

  1. Gently pull the nozzle up and down a few times to loosen it, or you can also try cleaning it with paper towels soaked in vinegar to safely dissolve any hard water build up.
  2. Turn the nozzle mode knob to activate the bidet.
  3. Reposition the bidet on the toilet bowl to create clearance for the nozzle(s).

The nozzle(s) are spraying off center or to the side.|

  1. The nozzles are not positioned properly.
  2. The bidet is not installed completely straight.

|

  1. Contact after-sale returns.
  2. Adjust the position of the bidet on the toilet a few degrees.

The toilet seat bolts do not properly affix to the toilet after installing the bidet.| Some toilet seat bolts are shorter than required to accomodate the bidet.| Install Longer toilet seat bolts that will accomodate the extra space of the bidet
The cold water t-adapter is leaking.|

  1. The T-adapter thread is damaged.
  2. The black rubber washer is not properly installed on the T-adapter
  3. T-adapter is not tightened properly

|

  1. Contact us to solve the problem.
  2. Make sure that the rubber washer is properly located inside the nut with the narrow side upward.
  3. Connect the T-adapter to the water supply inlet of the toilet, and tighten to ensure that the T-valve could not rotate freely

There is leaking from the bidet body or hose connections.|

  1. The black rubber gasket is not properly installed on the hose.
  2. The internal connections may loosen during transportation.

  1. 1Make sure that the black rubber gasket is on the hose.
