INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Place the scales on a hard, flat surface (not carpet or bathmat).

Press down the Start button with your foot to generate power for weighing. Please wait until 0.0 appears.

Step onto the scales and stand still until the weight
does not change any more. -
The weight data will blink twice when stable
-
The scales will turn off automatically after 1 minute.

Want a second opinion? Step off the scales and back on when the display shows 0.0. You can also tap the Start button to reset the scale
Do not step on the scales until the display shows 0.0.
FUNCTION
ERROR MESSAGES
Overload.
Please step down from the scales to protect the electronic weighing system.
Low battery.
This indicates your scales are low on power. The scales will turn off automatically after a few seconds. Push down the start button to recharge.
UNIT EXCHANGE (kg/lb.)
Press the “Unit” button on the bottom of the scales to change measuring units from metric to imperial (i.e. kg/lb.) or vice versa.
ADVICE FOR USE AND CARE

Static pressure is effective and sufficient. Do not drop or stamp on the scales – the
scales are easily damaged. -
The scales are suitable for indoors domestic use only.

Clean with a lightly dampened cloth without allowing any water to get into the device. Do not use solvents or immerse the product in water or any other liquid. The scales are not watertight.

Do not exceed the capacity of the scales.

Protect the scales against knocks, damp, dust, chemicals, drastic changes in
temperature, electromagnetic fields and sources of heat. -
Your scales are a sensitive electronic instrument. They may be affected by Radio
Transmitting Devices being used close by. -
Scales tested according to CE norms.

The scales can be slippery when wet – be careful! Never step onto the outer edge of the scales with one foot as this could cause the scales to tip!

Do not leave heavy things on the scales when not in use.

Do not store the scales in an upright position.
