- It’s recommended to use the provided wall adapter & Type C cable to power your wireless charging stand.
- With the screen facing out, place your Qi-enabled smartphone vertically so that it aligns with the center of the stand. Or, place it horizontally centered on the front-side stand holder.
- If device is placed correctly in the middle and charging, the light will be solid white.
If device is not placed correctly in the middle, it will not charge and the light will be off.
Do not place foreign objects on the stand, the light will be solid red for certain objects.

LED light will indicate charging status as summarized in the table below.
- Do not place magnetic mounts, metal cases, keys, coins, or other objects between your phone and the charger. It might reduce performance or damage magnetic strips or RFID chips like those found in some credit cards, security badges, and passports. If your case holds any of these sensitive items, remove them before charging or make sure they aren’t between the back of your phone and the charger. The stand has sensors which detects objects which are not supposed to be placed to prevent the charger emitting unnecessary power and heat that could damage your smartphone and other heat-sensitive items.
Safety Instructions
- Please read these instructions before using the device to ensure safe and proper use.
- Connect the wall adapter of the wireless charging stand into a socket outlet that is close by and is easy to disconnect from the source.
- Use indoors and in a dry location only; keep away from wet or damp locations.
- Keep wireless charging stand and wall adapter away from any liquids or moisture.
- Unplug the wireless charging stand when unused for long periods of time.
- Do not store your device in very hot or very cold areas. It is recommended to use your device at room temperatures.
- Caution: If you experience problems with the wireless charging stand, please discontinue use, unplug the wall adapter of the wireless charging stand from the AC socket, and contact T-Mobile for assistance.
- Do not use if visible defects are observed on the wireless charging stand or wall adapter. Do not attempt to service or disassemble.
