Intended Use
This appliance is intended for the chopping of foods in small amounts or for whipping cream and emulsifying liquids. This appliance is intended exclusively for use in domestic households. All other uses are deemed to be improper and may result in property damage or even in personal injury. No liability will be accepted for damages which result from improper use of the appliance.

Safety Information
Before using the unit read these instructions carefully.
Connect he appliance only to correctly installed mains power sockets that
supply a current rating of 220-240V~, at 50/60Hz.
To avoid potential risks, if the appliance power cable is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer, its customer service or by a qualified
technician.
In event of operating malfunctions and before cleaning the appliance, remove
the power plug from the mains power socket.
Always remove the power cable from the socket by pulling on the plug, not on
the power cable itself.
Do not kink or crush the power cable, and route the cable so that it cannot be
stepped on or tripped over.
Do not expose the appliance to humidity and do not use it outdoors. If any
liquid gets into the housing, disconnect the appliance from the mains power
socket immediately and have it repaired by a qualified technician.
If the power cable or the motor unit are damaged, you must have the appliance
repaired by qualified technicians before using it again. Do not attempt to
open the motor unit housing.
Never immerse the motor unit in liquid and do not allow any liquids to enter
the motor unit housing.
Before replacing any accessories or additional parts that move during
operation, the appliance must be switched off and disconnected from mains
power.
The blades is extremely sharp! Take care when emptying the bowl! Take care
when cleaning the appliance!
The appliance must always be disconnected from the mains power socket when
left unsupervised and before assembly, dis-assembly or cleaning.
This appliance and its connecting cable must be kept away from children
Do not allow children to use the appliance as a plaything.
This appliance may be used by persons with limited physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, provided that they are under
supervision or have been told how to use the appliance safely and are aware of
the potential risks.
Handle the extremely sharp blade with caution as it can cause injuries. Keep
the blade out of the reach of children.
Never attempt to remove foodstuffs from he bowl as long as the blade is still
rotating.
Wait until the blade has stopped rotating before removing the motor unit.
Never try to grasp the blade if it is still rotating.
Do not allow the appliance to run for more than 1 minute. Afterwards, allow it
to cool down.
Do not use the appliance to process boiling or hot food.
Do not clean the motor unit in the dishwasher, as it will damage it.
Preparation For Usage
Thoroughly clean all component parts as described in the section Cleaning and maintenance before using the appliance.
Operation
Chopping
Turn the Blade Holder over on the table and press on the edges of Whisk
Attachment to separate Whisk attachments from the Holder.

Place the Bowl ⑥ on the Non-slip Stand ⑦

Insert the Blade Holder with Cutting blades ④ on the bearing

Add the food to the Bowl ⑥

Close the Bowl with the Lid ③

Place the Motor Unit ② onto the Lid

Insert the plug into a mains power socket.

Press the Motor Unit downwards as shown in Fig. B. The motor starts at normal speed.
For a higher processing speed (Turbo) for the food,, press on both Motor Unit ② and the Turbo Button ① and keep both pressed down as shown in Fig. C

If the food is fully chopped, let go of the Motor unit and , if applicable, the Turbo button.

Remove the power plug from the socket

Wait until the blade has come to a complete standstill.

Lift the Motor Unit off the Lid. Remove the Blade carefully from the Bowl

Remove the food.
NOTE
Chopping harder, abrasive foods can cause the Bowl to take on a dull
appearance. This is normal and will not impair the functioning of the
appliance.
After you have finished processing the food, you can use the Stand ⑦ as a Lid
for the Bowl to keep the food fresh for longer.

- Prepare the food by chopping larger pieces into small (approx 2 cm) which will fit better into the bowl.
- The times and quantities listed in this table are guide values and can vary depending on the composition of the processed food!
Whipping Cream

Place the Bowl ⑥ on the Non-slip Stand ⑦

Push Whisk Attachment ⑤ on the Blade Holder ④:
— For 100ml of cream, place it onto the blade holder so that the whisk attachment is in contact with both blades and clicks into place (fig.1)
— For 200ml of cream, turn the whisk attachment horizontally by 180°(fig.2), so that it is in contact with only one blade and clicks into place (fig.3). It then churns higher through the cream.

Place the blade holder with the whisk attachment onto the guide axis in the bowl.

Add the cream.

Close the Bowl with the Lid ③

Place the Motor Unit ② onto the Lid

Press the Motor Unit downwards as shown in Fig. B. The motor starts at normal speed.
NOTE
- To whip cream, you should make sure that it is chilled well before whipping (max.8℃/ fridge temperature)
- For 100 ml of cream, we recommend a whipping time of around 30 seconds a normal speed
- For 200 ml of cream, we recommend a whipping time of around 30-50 seconds at normal speed.
- The whipping time can vary, depending on the amount and various factors, such as fat content or ambient temperature. Keep an eye on the cream while you are whipping it and adjust the whipping time to suit your needs.
Cleaning and maintenance
We recommend cleaning of the unit immediately after usage.
- Unplug the motor unit before cleaning.
- Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth.
- Never immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquids.
- Never use abrasive agents or scouring pads for cleaning.
- After using the chopper rinse the bowl and the lids in warm, soapy water.
- Allow drying completely before reassembling.
- Caution! The blade is very sharp!
- To avoid injuries, rinse the blade in water, always keeping the blade in sight.
NOTE
Alternatively, you can clean the Bowl, Whisk Attachment, Blade Holder with
Cutting Blades, Bowl Lid and the Non-slip Stand in the dishwasher. If
possible, place the parts in the top basket of the dishwasher. Ensure that the
parts are not trapped in any way
Disposal of the appliance
Never
dispose of the appliance in your normal domestic waste.
This product is subject to the provisions of European Directive
2012/19/EU.
Dispose of the appliance through an approved disposal facility or your
municipal waste facility. Please comply with all applicable regulations.
Please contact your waste disposal centre if you are in any doubt.
Your local community or municipal authorities can provide information on how to dispose of the worn-out product.
The product is recyclable, subject to extended producer responsibility and is collected separately.
Returning the packaging to the material cycle conserves raw materials and reduces the amount of waste that is generated. Dispose of packaging materials that are no longer needed in accordance with applicable local regulations.
