Hardware Installation
- Connect the USB keyboard and mouse to the GCS1942/GCS1942NC/GCS1944/GCS1944NC console ports
- Connect the two DisplayPort monitors to the GCS1942/GCS1942NC/GCS1944/GCS1944NC console ports
- Turn the monitor power to ON
- Connect the main microphone and speakers into the GCS1942/GCS1942NC/GCS1944/GCS1944NC microphone and speaker jacks located on the front side panel.
- Connect the secondary microphone and speakers into the microphone and speaker jacks located on the rear side panel.
- Connect the DisplayPort connectors into any available DisplayPort ports in the KVM Port section. Connect the USB, microphone, and speaker connectors into the GCS1942/GCS1942NC/GCS1944/GCS1944NC. Connect the other end of the cables to their respective DisplayPort, USB, microphone, and speaker ports on the computers.
- Connect up to 2 USB peripherals into the USB 3.0 Type-A ports (front and rear panel of the GCS1942/GCS1942NC/GCS1944/GCS1944NC)
- Connect the power adapter to an AC power source. Then, connect the power adapter cable to the GCS1942/GCS1942NC/GCS1944/GCS1944NC power jack.
- Turn all connected computers power to On

Operation
Switch Operation
Switching between connected computer sources:
- Manual – involves pressing the port selection pushbuttons located on the GCS1942/GCS1942NC/GCS1944/GCS1944NC front panel.
- Hotkey – involves entering combinations from the keyboard (list of complete Hotkey Settings is available in the manual, located on our website).
- Mouse – involves clicking the mouse wheel button twice to switch between ports. Please make sure mouse and mouse wheel button emulation is turned on. (list of complete Hotkey Settings is available in the manual, located on our website)
