The USB-A ports on the KVM can also be used for peripheral sharing. To utilize
this feature, plug the peripherals, your keyboard, and mouse into a USB hub,
then plug the hub in the USB-A slots on the KVM. (Optional) lf the USB
peripherals used in the setup require more power, attach a power source (i.e.
PC, USB hub, or DC 5V USB power adapter) to the power port on the KVM using a
USB Micro-B cable.

for more information.
