Hardware Installation
- Ground the GCS1942H/GCS1944H by connecting one end of a grounding wire to the Grounding Terminal and the other end to a suitable grounding object.
- Connect the USB keyboard and mouse to the GCS1942H/GCS1944H console ports
- Connect the two HDMI monitors to the GC51942H/GCS1944H console ports
- Turn the monitor power to ON
- Connect the main microphone and speakers into the GC51942H/GC51944H microphone and speaker jacks located on the front side panel.
- Connect the secondary microphone and speakers into the GCS1942H/GCS1944H microphone and speaker jacks located on the rear side panel.
- Connect the HDMI connectors into any available HDMI ports in the KVM Port section. Connect the USB, microphone, and speaker connectors into the GCS1942H/GCS1944H. Connect the other end of the KVM cables to their respective HDMI, USB, microphone, and speaker ports on the computers.
- Connect up to 2 USB peripherals into the USB 3.0 Type-A ports (front and rear panel of the GCS1942H/GCS1944H)
- (Optional) plug the Remote Control Switch into the Remote Port Selector Jack for port switching
- Connect the power adapter to an AC power source. Then, connect the power adapter cable to the GCS1942H/GCSI944H power jack.
- Turn all connected computers power to On

Operation
Switch Operation
Switching between connected computer sources:
a. Manual — involves pressing the port selection pushbuttons located on the
GCS1942H/GCS19441-rs front panel.
b. Hotkey — involves entering combinations from the keyboard (list of complete
Hotkey Settings is available in the manual, located on our website).
c. Mouse — involves clicking the mouse wheel button twice to switch between
ports
d. Remote switch — involves clicking the included remote switch button
