HOW IT WORKS
As transducers, microphones transform mechanical wave energy from sound waves into audio signals (electrical energy). As sound waves cause the microphone’s diaphragm to vibrate, an accompanying audio signal is produced using electromagnetic or electrostatic principles and outputted.
HOW TO POWER ON/OFF
Push the slider upwards to turn the microphone ON. You can turn the microphone off by pushing the slider downwards when not in use.
HOW TO CONNECT
It is so simple to connect. Connect one end of XLR cable with the microphone and plug the other end into a receiver.
HOW TO KNOW IF MIC IS SENSITIVE
The typical method for determining microphone sensitivity uses a 1 kHz sine wave at 94 dB sound pressure level (SPL), or 1 pascal (Pa), of pressure. The microphone’s sensitivity is determined by the strength of the analogue or digital output signal it produces in response to that input stimulus.
FAQs
Does the 3 pk include the wires?****
No it does not.
Is this microphone compatible with the Rockville high performance dual wireless microphone system****
Yes, it is perfectly compatible with the Rockville high performance dual wireless microphone system.
Does the mic work with an XLR to USB cord? male or female?****
The mic has a female connection. I don’t about using it with a USB connection. But It has amazing quality at a budget price.
How long is the cable****
8 or 10 feet. I upgraded to a used set of stage mics a month or so after purchasing and will be upgrading to wireless soon.
Is it compatible with the Rockville rwm1203vh vhf wireless dual handheld microphone system with digital display?****
Honestly I don’t know, I just connect the mic direct to the console with the cable so you may need a wireless microphone I guess.
Can the cord fit in the case for transport?****
Yes, the case is large enough for the cable and mic.
Will this microphone work with my DDJ controller?****
I would think so. I’m not familiar with a DDJ controller
Does the 3 pack come with cables?****
Nope.
does this microphone work with my Behringer amplifier? thanks****
define Behringer ampler if you mean a MIC500/200 yes it will. I actually had to start using one for PC input the impedance of the mic is poor for PC input directly.
does it come with cable?****
No it does not. Just the couple accessories for Microphones are included.
Where in the case does the cord fit for transporting the mic? Looks like only mic fits in the case and nothing else****
under foam.
Is the microphone compatible with zoom recorder?****
don’t see nothing that would say it is not… there is TRS and XLR inputs on the recorder. other than a possible poor impedance match and the recorder doesn’t specify balance or unbalance input you should have no issues using it.
Does this come with cords?****
Nope, but affordable ones are around that you can find.
What kind of wire does this take ?****
standard 3 wire microphone plug i.e. XLR but comes with XLR to 1/4″ mic plug adapter cord.
Can I use the rpA9 amplifier for this mic****
It should. A microphone is just a piece of hardware. I’ve used mine with many different amps.
