TROUBLESHOOTING

No signal/ Noise existed

| ****

The effective using distance outdoor is 100 meters. There may be no signal or making noise when the distance exceeds the using range, If there is a shelter or for indoor use, the working distance will be decreased. When the current channel frequency signal is disturbed, there may be noise, please connect the transmitter and receiver and then switch the channel.

---|---

The sound is distorted

| ****

The microphone is a high-sensitivity pickup.

Please adjust the distance between the microphone and the sound source. Please check

the corresponding settings of the recording

device and whether the audio adapter cable is connected correctly.

Short using

distance

| ****

The  effective distance may be affected  because the transmitter and the receiver are blocked by the building;

The transmitter and receiver should not be covered by any object to facilitate signal transmission ;

The human body may also attenuate the radio waves in a crowded environment, then the transmitter and the receiver shall not be blocked as far as possible;

When the current signal channel be interfered

with, please switch it to different channels for the transmitter and the receiver .

Howling existed

| ****

When the sound is picked up by the microphone and then extended by mixers, peripheral device, power amplifiers, and speakers, there may be howling. Please turn down the output  volume of the microphone, raise the audio amplifiers’ volume, and moderately adjust the distance between these two devices mentioned above.

---|---

Audio discontinuity

| ****

The signal of the current channel is weak. We sincerely advise that youcould test the channels before streaming. Please plug in the external antenna when using the microphone outdoor.

No sound/ Very small

| ****

Check whether the output plug of the receiver is fully inserted into the socket. Check the

corresponding settings of the recording devices, and whether the audio adapter cable is connected correctly.

Check whether the audio adapter cable is compatible with your recording device. Adapter cables are available for purchase from the official T-mall store.
