Initialization Settings
Step 1 Connect the power adapter.
Step 2 Press and hold the power button for about 8 seconds, then the
laptop will start.
Step 3 Follow the on-screen instructions to configure the operating
system. Do not turn off the power before completing the configuration and
entering the desktop.
Use WIFI to connect to the Internet
WiFi, Bluetooth, Flight mode
Click to set up:
Airplane mode/WiFi/Bluetooth This device supports 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi.
Sleep, restart and shut down
Click ‘AII apps’. you can find all the applications.
System reset & Method 1
Select Setting—->System —->Recovery—->Reset this PC
Notice: The Reset progress will take around 2-3 hours, Please maintain
power connection.
System reset & Method 2
If the system malfunctions and cannot access the desktop, Please follow the steps below to enter recovery mode:
(Do not use this method unless it is necessary)
- Long press the power button to shut down and then rest
- When the Windows logo appears, immediately press the power button 1 O seconds to shut down
- Repeatedly opening and closing the laptop 3 times. The following interface will appear:
Wait for about 20 seconds to enter recovery mode•
Click “Advanced options”•
Click “Troubleshoot’\ then click “Reset this PC” •
BIOS-Setting & Boo manager
After powering on, immediately press and hold the”Delete’ key to open BIOS settings.
Battery charging
During charging, The icon of battery will be , and when charging completes, the icon will be , You can still use the device while charging, but this will extend the charging time.
Use the device at least once a week.
Fully charge the battery regularly.
Do not leave the battery empty for a long time.
Troubleshooting

Can not turn on the device
Press the power button for 8 seconds to turn on the device. If it doesn’t work, please charge it for 30 minutes before starting. -
No sound from earphone
Check if volume is set to “O”, Test if earphone is b roken.
Check if the sound driver is working properly. -
Big noise
Check if there is dust in the earphone or speaker. Check if the sound file is broken. -
How to enter desktop interface when first time starting up
Follow the prompts on the screen step by step to set up.
Do not turn off the laptop until the first system configuration is completed. -
Windows key cannot active immediately
First, make sure the Wi-Fi is connected and the Wi-Fi network is a working network.Second, make su re the time zone and system time is correct in your location.

Why when I press the keyboard character, in the system it shows another one?
This may happen because you choose the wrong language Please click on the language icon in the taskbar, Choose the correct input language. -
Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We’ll restart for you.
This may be due to installing risky software or uninstalling certain driver. Please follow these steps to restore the system: -
Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to turn off the laptop

Restart and immediately press the ‘ F9 ‘ button for 6 seconds

Precautions And Warnings
- This product is suitable for use in non -tropic areas below 2,000 meters.
- Prevent this product from falling to the ground it could be strongly damaged.
- Keep the device away from rain, moisture, direct sunlight and heat source.
