Remove lamp from packing for use on a horizontal table.

To use on standard table, mount lamp body clip (A) on the preferred edge of the table.

Grasp by flex-neck (B) and back of body clamp, squeeze clamp mechanism and slide onto table edge. Clip must fully touch edge of the table.

Verify the lamp is secure before using.

Connect power adapter input (F) into lamp cord connection (G).

Plug the cord into a standard household 120V AC outlet. Note: Only use with the supplied AC adapter to avoid damage or fire.

Turn the lamp ON & OFF using power switch (C) located on the lower end of shade (D) surface. Power switch (C) is a “touch” switch that controls the dimmer function for 3 levels of brightness.

To power LED settings, slightly touch the switch to achieve the following:
• turn lamp “ON” to lower-brightness; touch the switch “once”;
• for medium-brightness; touch the switch “twice”;
• for high-brightness; touch the switch “three-times”;
• to turn lamp “OFF”; touch the switch “four-times”. -
To position the shade simply bend the flex-neck (B) as needed to point the light. To avoid damaging the lamp, DO NOT force the flex-neck into a sharp bend.

TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE, ELECTRIC SHOCK, OR INJURY TO PERSONS
- Turn off and WAIT UNTIL LAMP HEAD (D) and ADAPTER (H) ARE COOL before handling.
- The LED panel (E) might get hot after several hours of continuous use, DO NOT place your hands directly on LED light panel.
- Never use with an extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted into the receptacles in the extension cord.
- Do not alter the plug.
- The bulb included with this unit cannot be replaced by the consumer.

CAUTION! THE LIGHT SOURCE OF THIS LUMINAIRE IS NOT REPLACEABLE; WHEN THE LIGHT SOURCE REACHES ITS END OF LIFE THE WHOLE LUMINAIRE SHALL BE REPLACED.
