Please complete the enclosed Product Registration Form and return it today by mail, or register online by going to: OttLite.com/warranty.

NOTE: THIS UNIT IS FULLY ASSEMBLED

  1. Remove the lamp from the packing placing the lamp body base (A) flat on a steady surface.

  2. Connect the AC Adapter input (B) to connector (C) at the bottom of the lamp.

  3. Plug the AC adapter (D) into a standard household 230V AC outlet. Note: Only use the supplied AC adapter to avoid damage or fire.

  4. This lamp provides three LED color modes, four levels of brightness, and three levels of fan speed.

  5. To power LED lighting, slightly touch the switch (E) to achieve the following:
    • To turn the lamp “ON” to 1st brightness setting; touch the switch “once”;
    • for 2nd brightness setting; touch the switch “two times”;
    • for 3rd brightness setting; touch the switch “three times”;
    • for the 4th brightness setting; touch the switch “four times”.
    • to turn the lamp “OFF”; touch the switch “five times”.

  6. To adjust the lighting color mode: touch the “M” key (F) to switch the light color temperature mode; 4000°K, 5000°K, 2700°K. NOTE: 2700°K is the default color mode.

  7. To power the fan, slightly touch the fan switch (G) to turn it “ON” and achieve the following:
    • for 1st fan speed setting; touch the switch “once”;
    • for 2nd fan speed setting, touch the switch “twice”;
    • for 3rd fan speed setting, touch the switch “three times”;
    • to turn the fan “Of”; touch the switch “four” times.
    NOTE: The brightness of the fan status indicator light (H) will vary with the current wind speed. The fan status indicator light is located on the inner fan housing (J).

  8. To position shade (K) simply bend flex-neck (L) as needed to point the light. Please hold the lamp base (A) while adjusting the lamp. Take care not to overextend the lamp to avoid unbalancing it and damage. Please refer to diagram 1 for the lamp’s maximum adjustment range.

TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE, ELECTRIC SHOCK, OR INJURY TO PERSONS

  1. Turn the lamp off and WAIT UNTIL LAMP HEAD (K) AND ADAPTER (D) ARE COOL before handling.
  2. LED light panel (M) might get hot after several hours of continuous use, DO NOT place your hands directly on LED light panel.
  3. Never use an extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted into the receptacles in the extension cord.
  4. Do not alter the plug.
  5.  The lamp head included in this unit cannot be replaced by the consumer.
  6. INDOOR USE ONLY.

  3. DO NOT USE IN RAIN OR NEAR SOURCES OF MOISTURE.
  4. KEEP AWAY FROM OPEN FLAMES AND HEAT SOURCES.
  5. DO NOT COVER THE FAN INLET OR THE FAN OUTLET.
  6. SLIGHT NOISE IS NORMAL WHEN THE FAN IS RUNNING.
  7. PERIODICALLY REMOVE AND CLEAN FILTER (N). TO REMOVE FILTER (N), FIRST UNPLUG THE LAMP. THEN USE A SCREWDRIVER TO REMOVE  SCREW (P), OPEN VENT COVER (Q), AND REMOVE FILTER (N). INSTALLATION IS THE REVERSE OF REMOVAL. NOTE: ENSURE THE FILTER IS  COMPLETELY DRY BEFORE INSTALLATION AND USE.

CAUTION! IF THE EXTERNAL FLEXIBLE CABLE OR CORD OF THIS LUMINAIRE IS DAMAGED, IT SHALL BE EXCLUSIVELY REPLACED BY THE  MANUFACTURER OR ITS SERVICE AGENT OR A SIMILARLY QUALIFIED PERSON IN ORDER TO AVOID A HAZARD. INDOOR USE ONLY.

CAUTION! THE LIGHT SOURCE OF THIS LUMINAIRE IS NOT REPLACEABLE; WHEN THE LIGHT SOURCE REACHES ITS END OF LIFE THE WHOLE LUMINAIRE SHALL BE REPLACED.

CAUTION: Any change or modification to product not expressly recognized by OttLite Technologies voids OttLite’s responsibility for the proper function of the product.

Output: 13V DC, 1.5A with a Male DC Plug

THIS LAMP CONTAINS a 5V, 2,1A USB output port (R) located on the bottom rear of the lamp. USB ports can charge items such as tablets, cellular phones, etc.
