wilfa WSP-2A Automatic coffee brewer Instruction Manual
Congratulations on your new Wilfa SVART Precision coffee maker.
With the optimal brewing temperature of 92ºC – 96°C will give you the best
coffee experience. For many, coffee is an important part of everyday life and
is often used in social contexts, and what could be better then, than to serve
a perfect cup of coffee.
The European Coffee Brewing Centre (ECBC) was established in 1971. ECBC is an independent testing authority and is run by the Norwegian Coffee Association. The mission of the ECBC is to test coffee equipment according to the Gold Cup Standard. This standard is based upon scientific coffee research from the Pan American Coffee Institute, the European Coffee Brewing Centre and the Specialty Coffee Association. The test programs are developed to ensure precise standards for coffee brewing. The coffee equipment which passes the tests will be allowed to carry the Seal of Approval.
