Welcome to Sytech! Thank you for purchasing the Bread Toaster SY-TS41. Please
read this manual carefully before operating your product and pay close
attention to the precautions which are mentioned below. Store this user manual
in a safe place for future reference. We are sure that this new Bread Toaster
will satisfy your needs.
Important Safeguards

This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

Before using, ensure the voltage of your power supply is the same as that indicated in the instruction manual, only connect the appliance to alternating current to a correctly
installed earthed socket, cord, and plug must be completely dry. -
Do not leave the appliance unattended during use.

Do not pull the connection cord over sharp edges; keep the cord away from heat and oil for protection.

Do not place the appliance on hot surfaces or near it.

Do not pull the plug out by the cord or pull it out of the socket with wet hands.

If the following happens, please unplug the appliance to disconnect the power supply.
–The appliance or cord has been damaged.
–The appliance is dropped accidentally or any defect is suspected. -
Before switching on, ensure the slices of bread do not get jammed in the toaster slots. However, if this happens, unplug the appliance first and then take out the jammed bread slice.

Caution: In the event of burning the bread, the appliance may become too hot.
Never touch the toaster at this time. -
Note the housing of the toaster will become very hot when used, especially in the area of the toaster slots. Please be careful not to be burned. Please only use the control knob, lever, and button for operation.

Do not insert your fingers or metal objects like knives or forks into the bread slots.

Only use the appliance when it is horizontally placed on a suitable surface.

Do not toast the bread with wrapped aluminum foil.

Do not cover the bread slots while in operation.

Never insert bread rolls into the bread slots directly, as this may cause overheating.

Unplug the appliance before cleaning and maintaining.

Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquid.

Your appliance must never be switched on through an external timer or any kind of separate remote-control system.

Improper use or repair may cause a risk of danger. In case of misuse or incorrect handling or repair, no liability will be taken for possible damages.

The appliance is only designed for indoor use, not for outdoors using.

Should the cord be damaged, to avoid danger, it should be replaced by a qualified technician of the service agency or its authorized service agency.

Do not put the appliance on or near the gas cooker, electrothermal elements, or hot plate as well as other electric appliances.

Keep the appliance away from walls, curtains, and other combustible material during use.

Before first use
- Remove all packaging materials and any transport safety devices.
- Make sure all accessories are supplied.
- Clean the toaster with a damp cloth.
- Confirm that all the components are properly assembled and the appliance is placed firmly.
- Make sure to keep enough space between the toaster and the wall or other appliances as the toaster will become hot during operation.
- Make sure before connecting the toaster to the mains supply, the voltage corresponds to the voltage indicated on the rating label.
- Before using the toaster for the first time, perform a toasting process without bread. Press the toaster lever down until the latch is into place.
- When the toasting is finished, the lever automatically jumps up. You may now start toasting bread.
Instructions for use
- Plug the toaster into the correct power supply outlet.
- Put two slices of bread into the bread slots.
- Select the desired toasting grade using the control knob, where position “1” is low-level toasting and “5” is the high-level toasting.
- Push the toast lever down until they latch into place.
- You may interrupt the toasting process at any time by pressing the “Stop” button.
- As soon as the toasting cycle is completed (that is, the bread has been exactly browned as pre-set), the slices of bread will automatically be ejected.
Suggestions:
- When using it for the first time, it is recommended to on the appliance without bread, set the control knob to grade 3, and push the lever down to begin the healing process. At this time, the appliance will emit some smoke. This is the normal behavior of the appliance. It is recommended to have good ventilation of air. After the first heating, let it cool down naturally before using it again.
- The appliances are not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.
Tips for ideal toasting
- Different types of bread have different moisture content. Therefore, the same toast darkness setting can produce different results.
- For dry bread, use a lower heating level setting.
- For fresh bread or whole grain bread, use a higher heating level setting.
- Bread with an irregular surface will require a higher heating level setting.
- Thick bread slices need more time for toasting; It may even need be necessary to toast the bread for a second time.
- When toasting raisin bread, remove all raisings from the surface since they could burn.
- When toasting only 1 slice of bread, please select a low heating level setting.
- When toasting several slices of bread one after another, the bread will somehow become darker as you go on toasting.
Cleaning
- Before cleaning, switch off and unplug the appliance and have it cool down.
- Remove the crumbs from the browning slots and grids with the appliance not tilted.
- Then, open the door, clean away the crumbs, and put the door back to the appliance. Clean away the crumbs from the toaster.
- Remove the crumbs from the bread slots and grids. Then, slide out the tray, clean it, and put it again into the appliance.
Cleaning the exterior cabinet:
- Clean the outside of the appliance gently with a damp and soft cloth, and then wipe it with a dry cloth. Never use steel wire, abrasive cloth, or other caustic cleaning agents, as they will damage the finish of the appliance.
Maintenance
- Do not dismantle the appliance or change the cord by yourself. If there is any problem with the appliance, please have it is adjusted or repaired by the Sytech Technical service center.
- To remove stuck bread slices, unplug the toaster and turn it over and shake lightly.
- During use, if any defect of the appliance is suspected, please take it to the official service department or its authorized service repair center. The product will be checked
by a qualified engineer who will make sure the appliance can be used safely or not.
