    Short press one of the buttons to control independently on/off of the corresponding port.
    Long press any button for 5 seconds to enter the network pairing mode.

How to Download the Gosund App

Option 1 : Search for “Ground” in the Apple APP Store or Google Play.
Option 2: Scan the QR code to enter the download page.

How to Pair with the Our App

  1. Open the APP and create your account.
  2. Turn on the plug and put it close to the router when pairing.
  3. Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 5 seconds and release it when the plug starts blinking fast to enter the network pairing rnode.

You can add a device in two ways.
Option 1: Tap “+” on the upper right corner and select “Auto Scan”.
Option 2: Tap “+” on the upper right corner to select “Add Manually”, and then select “Smart Dimmer Plug (Wi-Fi)”.
Follow the App instructions to complete the operation.

Reset

When the device is powered on, press and hold the Power/Network configuration button for five seconds. Release the button when the power indicator blinks quickly. The device is reset.
When using the outlet in a new network environment, you need to reset the device and pair it again.

  • DO NOT attempt to disassemble, repair, or modify the device.

  • DO NOT open.
  • DO NOT expose to heavy rain or immerse in water or any other liquid.
  • DO NOT remove ground pin ( middle pin ) or use with 3-to 2-prong adapter.
  • DO NOT use with devices that should not be operated unattended , such as power tools.
  • DO NOT use in precision timing applications where inaccurate timing could be dangerous(sunlamps , Saunas , etc)
  • DO NOT open or tamper with unit.
  • DO NOT discard the stopper, the plug should be covered when the socket is not in use.
  • For outdoor usage, use this product with ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) outlet.

  • Timer could turn-on unexpectedly without the user being present. To Reduce the Hazardous Condition – Unplug the appliance that is plugged into the receptacle(s) controlled by the timer before servicing.

  • Remove smart plug from outlet before cleaning.
  • When plugged into grounded 3-prong outlet , always ensure that the housing is facing downward and is at least 2 feet off the ground .
  • Use the plug’s mounting tag to hang from a screw to ensure correct orientation.
  • Keep children away from smart plug and outlet
  • No Serviceable parts inside.

When using outdoors, please check whether there are water drops at the socket.
