Thank you for purchasing ‘the table’ by duit. Please read this user guide through and use the product in a proper manner. Quality issues caused by product defects can be compensated without charge (product exchange, refund, or after-sales service provided) or paid repair service is available. However, duit is not responsible for issues related to injuries or health problems of your pet caused by other matters besides the product itself. As this product is designed specifically for those exporting countries, it cannot be used in others. Also, after-sales service i not available in those other countries that are not official exporting countries. Furthermore, duit does not take any responsibility for issues and accidents that occurred by not complying with the user guide of this product in a proper manner. Features, components, and design of this product may be changed without prior notice for quality improvement purposes.

Preparation before Use

Step 1. Fill the Pet Food

Turn the body cover about 30° counter- clockwise to open the cover.

Pour pet food into the pet food bucket.

• Caution! 1) Dry pet food of less than 14mm in size is the most suitable. 2) Do not pour wet pet food in.

3. Do not pour in too much pet food. The pet food might block the desiccant cover hall, causing the dehumidify- ing effect to be less effective.
   (Please refer to PT for cleaning before use.)

Step 2. Place the Desiccant

• Caution!
  Please check if the cover is closed properly.
  Having a horizontal gap of about 3mm is being properly closed.

Step 3. Plug into Outlet

7. Connect the adapter jack to the body.| 8.  plug the adapter into the outlet.| 9 Press the power button for about 2 seconds to turn on the product.

Step 4. Place the Bowl

Place the bowl the last as it may fall out. *Caution! Due to the characteristic of a ceramic bowl, there may be a slight wobbling. Please turn the bowl around to place it in a position with the least wobbling.

How to Assemble the Legs

∗ The legs are accessories that can be separately purchased. If there is pet food inside the pet food bucket, please take it out before the assembly.
Please also check if the bow is placed as it may fall out and be damaged.

1. Take the silicone packing on the bottom out by lifting  it up using a nail or sharp and hard tool.| 2. Assemble the leg by turning it with a hand, it to the nut on the  body. If the bottom s not level, please insert a washer between  the product and leg to level.
*Caution! Tightening too much or using a tool to assemble may cause the product to be damaged.| 3. The leg stands slightly tilted for product safety. This is not a  product defect.

Display Information

Pet Food Shortage Notification
The pet food shortage notification is displayed when there is about 20% of the pet food remaining.
Lock Notification
‘the table’ is automatically locked if not operated for 1 minute.
Warning Notification
The warning notification is displayed when there is a problem with the product.

LED Brightness
‘the table’ is automatically locked if not operated for 1 minute and the LED brightness is automatically dimmed.

Product Unlock
Press Up/Down buttons at the same time for 2 seconds.

Manual Feed
Press the manual feed button when the product is unlocked for one-time quantity (about 10g).

Product Initialization
Press the power button when the product is unlocked.
Then, press the manual feed button and Up button at the same time for 4 seconds for product initialization.

Warning Display & How to Resolve

| The motor is constrained. Please disssemble the pet food bucket and reassemble. Try the manual feed  once to see if the product is normally operated. If 50, the warning will be cleared. If the error keeps occurring, please contact customer service.| | This is a motor placement sensor error. Please try  the manual feed once. Settings

Step 1. Set Current Time

• Press the ‘Back’ button when the current time setting is done, it is automatically changed to the feed time setting,

Step 2. Set Feed Time & Feed Amount

Important! Priorities

• When the pet food shortage notification LED is on, the amount that comes out is less than usual. Please fill in the pet food when the pet food shortage LED is on.
  1.  Filling the empty space of the pet food bucket: Please proceed with manual feed twice every time you fill the pet food for the empty space of the blade.
  2. Feed amount testing: Please test the feed amount first with the manual feed according to the bowl size, pet food size, weight, and characteristics. it is recommended to feed twice consecutively if the one-time quantity is over the bowl size.

*Set by time order.

When saving for 00:00, please save it as the first.| • It can be set in 1-minute increments.
• When pressed for long, it is skipped to the next quickly.
•  Caution! The feed time already set does not get duplicated.| It can be set up to max. 7P.

• When pressed shortly, it s skipped to the next feed time setting,
• When pressed for about 2 seconds, the settings are saved and finished.
• Saving the settings is applicable after setting the feed amount for at least one-time.

Feed Number LED Display

The light comes on to the number
of feeds set and it is turned off after feed.| After the last feed, the set feed
number is lighted again.| If the set time is past the current time, the light is turned off.| Please press the settings to check
the set number. The light comes on to the number set.

LED Brightness Control On/Off

‘the table’ is automatically locked if not operated for 1 minute and the LED brightness is automatically dimmed.

Sound On/Off

How to Replace Desiccant

Please refer to ‘Step 2. Place the Desiccant’ on P2.

1. Disassemble the desiccant cover by turning counterclockwise.

| 2.  Open the desiccant package and insert 2 desiccants.

3.  Tur the desiccant cover clockwise to close.| * Caution!
Do not pour in too much pet food. The pet food might block the desiccant cover hall, causing the dehumidifying effect to be less effective. Please refer to P7 for cleaning before use.)

Product Cleaning

1. Turn the pet food bucket cover clockwise to disassemble from the pet food bucket.| 2. Wings can be disassembled from the wing shaft for cleaning as shown in the figure.

3. Please use a soft material to clean.| 4. Inset the wing to the end.

Please line the arrow mark with “close”.

5.  Please turn the cover to ‘close’ until you hear a clicking sound for reassembly.
*Caution! The pet food may fall out or the product might malfunction fit is not completely fit when using the product.
※ Please dry the product well. If it is used with some moisture left, the product might malfunction or break.
※ It is recommended to change the pet food bucket once every 6 months,

Precautions

Warning lf the warnings have not complied, a human may gat severely injured or die.

• Do not use the power that is not 100-240V~ or do not plug many electrical products in one outlet and use. Do ot disassemble or exchange the adapter on your own when damaged and contact customer service. (it may cause electric leakage, fire, or electric shock.

• Do not disassemble, repair, or remodel on your own.
  (It may cause fire or electric shock. Please contact customer service for product malfunction.)

• Do not place the product near the firearm or spray water on the product.
  (It may cause fire or electric shock.)

• Remove the adapter from the outlet when not used or cleaning.
  (It may cause fire or electric shock.)

• Do not damage, modify, excessively bend, pull, twist, tie, or place a heavy object on the adapter cord.
  Do not place the adapter cord in a tight gap.
  (It may cause fire or electric shock)

• Do not touch the adapter, outlet, and the body with wet hands.

Warning! Please comply with the following to avoid being injured or property damage.

• If you are not under the supervision or not trained to use this product, have a physical disability or mental issues, elderly, lacking knowledge and experience, you should not use this product. Children should not treat this product as a toy and must be under supervision when using this product.
• Make sure that the body cover is completely fit. (If the product is used without the body cover, the pet food might get contaminated due to moisture and dust.)
• Do not assemble when wet after cleaning the pet food bucket. (If moisture leaks into the body, it may cause malfunction or electric shock.)
• Do not move ‘the table’ while in the operation. (The pet food might not come out properly or it may cause malfunction.)
• Do not place it near heaters. (Malfunction or deformation may be caused by heat.)
• Do not place an object on ‘the table’ or force an impact. Do not step or sit on it. (It may cause product malfunction or deformation.)
• Stop using the product immediately if the pet chewed on the adapter cord. (It may cause malfunction or electric shock.)

FAQ

Q1. The feed amount is not right.

Please only use dry pet food of ess than 14mm in size. As ‘the table’ is designed to let out the pet food placed in between the wings, a slight difference may occur depending on the size and density of pet food. If you filled the pet food for the first time, please proceed with manual feed twice to fill the empty space between the wings.

Q2. There is no power.

Please check if the adapter is properly connected to the out let and if the adapter jack is properly connected to the product. If everything s ok, it may be the adapter or mainboard error. Please contact customer service.

Q3. The pet food comes out when I tab on the product.

1 or 2 pet food left in between the wings may come out but no more than that.

Q4. E-01 or E-02 is displayed.

E-01 is an error message when the motor is constrained, such as the pet food getting stuck in the pet food bucket. Please check the pet food bucket and try the manual feed to see if the product s normally operated. If the error keeps occurring, please contact customer service. E-02is an error message when there is an issue with controlling the number of feeds. Please try the manual feed and if the error keeps occurring, please contact customer service.

Q5. The current time is displayed as --:--.

The current time s displayed as - if it has not been set or if the auto-feed number s not saved even once. Please set the automatic feed time.

Q6. The buttons cannot be pressed.

Please check if the product is locked. If you cannot unlock the product by pressing two buttons for 2 seconds, please contact customer service.

Q7. How do I initialize the product?

Please refer to Product Initialization of Display Information on P4.

Q8. The time is not right.

Please proceed with the product initialization. If there still is a problem, please contact customer service.

Q9. The pet food bucket is damaged.

The component can be separately purchased via SHOP on duit website.

Q10. I can not fit the pet food bucket.

Please check if the pet food bucket is properly assembled with the cover. Please check if the pet food is stuck in between the wings inside the pet food bucket. Please check if the pet food bucket s properly fit for the body.

Q11. Too much pet food comes out.

The amount may be too much depending on the size and characteristics of the bowl/pet food. Please divide the one-time quantity into two and feed twice.

Consumer Damage Compensation

«This product has been manufactured through strict quality control and inspection criteria. The damage compensation period s 1year from the purchase date. – Quality issues caused by product defects can be compensated without charge (product exchange, refund, or after-sales service provided) or paid repair service is available. The warranty period of the product s calculated based on the purchase date and the confirmation of the purchase date s based on the product warranty (including purchase receipt).

+Free A/S Service
Free A/S service is available in case of a failure under normal use conditions within the warranty period (excluding non-failure and negligence). If the product is converted for business use, then the warranty period is shortened by half (6 months).

– If consumable parts, such as filter and water pump, have reached the end of their service life
– If a protective sheath designed to be damaged over time is damaged (excluding failures due to defects in material or manufacturing)
If external damage occurs not attributable to defects in material or manufacturing after the initial retail purchase, including (but not limited to) scratches, indentations, and damage to the plastic of the product
If hygiene problems occur due to care and environmental issues during the product use

※ Service may be not provided in the following cases:

– If the product is arbitrarily remodeled, altered, o reproduced, or if homemade (imitation) parts are used
– If a consumer requests repair with unreturned parts that the consumer retrieved
– If it is estimated to be a repair request for the purpose other than repair, such as repeated repair requests on the same product
– If a part has been replaced with a part other than the one used at the time of purchase (or A/S service)

« Consumer Damage Compensation Related Notice

• Please take the product warranty with you for product exchange, refund, and repair and duit is not responsible for the damage that occurred when lost.
• Product exchange and refund are available within 7 days of the product purchase date. However, in the case of product exchange and refund due to a change of heart, it is only applicable f the product has not been used and there s no damage to the product and packaging box.
• Please comply with the cautions and warnings in the user guide for safe and proper use.
• duit is not responsible for deformation due to product damage by consumer negligence and product malfunction after the product warranty period.
• The product warranty period is shortened as half (1/2) and applied to the following cases.

1. When the product is used for commercial purposes or at commercial sites (ex. Pet stores, pet cafes, vet Clinics, etc.)
2. When the product is used under an abnormal environment (ex. Inside vehicles, ships, etc.
3. When the product is installed in public places of frequent usage or is used for other purposes than home (ex. Factories, dormitory, etc)
