Product Introduction

Note: After self-cleaning, clean up the dirt in the dirty water tank to avoid odors. Water absorption mode Press to enter water absorption mode. Press again to exit this mode. Power-on/off and mode switching button The product is in standard mode upon startup by default. Press this button to switch to efficient button. Press and hold for 3s to turn off the X3. Voice and Wi-Fi button ress to tum on/off the voice. Press and hold for 3s to connect to the network.

Product Installation

Installing the handle (Figure 12) Insert the end of the handle in the vertical direction into the port on the main unit until you hear a click. Ensure that the handle is tight. To remove, press the handle in the installation hole and pull out the handle upwards. (Figure 13) To disassemble, insert a hard object into the hole on the back of the main unit to press the spring clip, and pull the handle upwards at the same time. Installing’removing the clean water tank (Figure 14) To remove the clean water tank, hold the aluminum rod with one hand, insert the other hand into the inner recess on the top of the tank and pull it up to take out. (Figure 15) To install the clean water tank, put the bottom of the clean water tank into the opening for the support and position on the main unit. Press it until you hear a click. Installing/removing the dirty water tank (Figure 16) To remove the dirty water tank, hold the main unit with one hand, and press the dirty water fank button with another hand. Pull the dirty water tank outwards to take it out. (Figure 17) To install the dirty water tank, put the bottom of the dirty water tank into the opening support and position on the main unit. Gently push it until you hear a click. Installing’removing the rolling brush (Figure 18) Open the roller brush cove, pull up the roller brush buckle, and take out the roller brush. (Figure 19) Open the roller brush cover, and align the roller brush with the buckle to complete the nstallation. Charging (Figure 20) Connect the charging base to the power adapter, and place the XS on the chargıng base.

Adding Water to Clean

Water Tank Reach into the inner recess at the top of the clean water tank, pull it up, and take off the tank (Figure 24). Open the top cover of the tank and add clean water (below 60 C) to the water level indicator. For deep cleaning. pour in a capful of Baseus floor cleaning solution into the water (Figure 25). Tighten the top cover of the clean water tank and place it back on the main unit until you hear a click (Figure 26).

Emptying the Dirty Water Tank

Gently press the dirty water tank button to take it off (Figure 27). Hold the tank with one hand and pull up the dirty water tank cover with the other hand (Figure 28). After emptying the dirty water, install the tank back on the main unit until you hear a click (Figure 29).

Charging the X3 (Figure 30) Put it on the charging base, connect one end of the charger to the charging base, and the other end to the wall socket. If charging is not necded, properly stow the power cable. During charging, tand the product upright close toa corner of the wall to avoid injuries such as tripping.

App Usage

Scan to Download, Register, and log in (Figure 30)

You can log in to the app by mobile number and Baseus account. Using mobile number: Enter the mobile number and obtain the verification code. Using the Bascus account: Dircctly use your registered Bascus account on the Bascus app to log in.

Add a Device (Figure 31)

Add a device after logging in using the mobile number. Select the product model and manually add the device network (for 10S users, manually switch to the home Wi-fi network).

Configuring a Network

Enter the network connection preparation state according to the steps shown in the figures (Figure 1, Figure 2, and Figure 3). Scarch for a device and add it to the network (Figure 4 and Figure 5). Select the home network name and enter the password (1gure 6). The device starts to configure the network (Figure / and Figure 8). Tips: Before configuring the network, ensure that it is in the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi channel. Temporarily, it does not support 5 GiHz Wi-ti channe. Configure the network in an area with strong W1-Fi signal strength. It takes a while to enable the W1-fi hotspot. Please be patient. Press the voIce and W1-ti button on the back of the product to enable or disable voice prompts. Press and hold for 3s to make the Wi-Fi chip pair with the network.

Unbind to unbind the AS from the app. (igure 41) On the home screen of the app, tap “Me in the lower right corner (F1gure 42). Tap “Share on the list and select the product category to share. Add the product to the sharing hst (Figure 43) and share it tnrougn email or registered mobile number (Figure 44). Tips: When the product is powered on, press the water absorption button and self-cleaning button for 20s to reset the app.

Maintenance

Cleaning the dirty water tank (Figure 33)

  1. When the dirty water tank is fiull, the product automatically shuts down and generates prompts through display or voice.
  2. If there is stubborn dirt on the inner walls of the dirty water tank, clean it directly with a sponge or other cleaning tool.
  3. After cleanıng, close the tank cover and install it back to the main unit until you hear a check.

Regularly clean the residual stains on the vacuum cover, roller and scraper of the roller brush to p op C y water tank (Figure 35) (including filter element assembly) from dirty water tank and rinse off the dirt inside the tank with clean water.

Cleaning the filter element filter (Figure 36)

Regularly remove the flter from the top cover of the dirty water tank, rinse the attached dirt with clean water, and place it at the vent to keep the filter dry and clean.

Cleaning the roller brush (Figure 37)

Regularly take out the roller brush, use the provided roller brush cleaning tool to remove hair or debris entangled in the brush, rinse the roller brush with clean water, and regularly place it in the vent to keep the roller brush dry and clean. Clcaning the roller brush cover and pipe: Use the provided cleanıng tool to clean up the dirt let on the roller brush cover or pipe, and keep the air duct and water passage unobstructed.

Cleaning the charging base (figure 38)

Regularly clean the chargıng base. Do not let the charging port get wet. Use it when dry.

Servicing the battery (Figure 39)

The product should be fiuly chargcd at least once every 3 months to keep the battery in a healthy state.

Storing the product (Figure 40)

Clean the clean water tank. dirty water tank and roller brush, and store them separately after drying The storage location should be kept dry, ventilated and protected from sunlight.

Please stop using the product if the charger or plug is damaged and call Baseus professional maintenance personnel for product replacement to avoid any hazards. Keep the air passages and moving parts of the floor cleaner away from long hair, loosc clothing, fingers and other body parts. Do not point the vacuum hose, accessory tip or tool closely into eyes or cars, or put them in the mouth. If there is electrical leakage, the motor temperature is too high, or an abnormal sound is generated during use and there are issues such as overheating, abnormal sound, odor, or weak suction, you should stop using the product immediately and call Baseus professional maintenance pesonnel. case use only the Bascus charger to charge the product. Other types of chargerS may cause battery Taiure or extreme thermal erects. If the product is not used for a long time, turn off the power supply and unplug the charging base. After using the product, please clean the dirty water tank. Keep the ventilation path unobstructed. Avoid blockages that will cause a loss of suction or cause the motor to overheat. This will shorten the service life. After using the product, please store it in a dry place. The main unit contains clectrical parts and cannot be soaked in water or rinsed. Please check the smoothness of the nozzle regularly. If there is any blockage, remove it to avoid loss of Suction, as this will shorten the service life. Please tum off the X3 before replacing the roller brush. In case of product failure, do not repair it yourself. Please call Baseus professional maintenance SOnnel. Baseus reserves the final rights for interpretation. pplication Scope The X3 is suitable for hard floors in indoor environme nts, including waxed floors, millstone tloors, rubber tloors, marble floors, granite tloors, terrazzo floors, solid wood tloors, lamnate tloors, bamboo loors and various flat surtaces such as mirror tiles, and porcelain tiles. The product may not provide its best performance when used on uneven surtaces. Do not use this product near or on flammable or explosIve objects, as there iIs a risk of fire and losion. Do not use this product near a working fireplace or heater to prevent deformation of the product shell. Do not use this product to vacuum detergent, kerosene, gasolinc, alcohol, paint, and pertume. Ihesc iquids may cause a short circuit, fire or explosion. Do not use the A5 to vacuum laser printer and copier toner, since these may cause tire or explosion. Do not use this product to vacuum sharp objects, such as glass fragments, small toys, pins, paper cips, stones, and plaster, since these objects may cause blockages and damages to the product. Do not use this product to vacuum any buming or smoking objects, such as soot from unextinguishcd heat sources, burning cigarette butts or matches. About the Product

Do not disassemble the X3 by yourself. There are no serviceable parts for the customer. In addition, do not try to alter the performance as it could be hazardous. Voltage that does not comply with the product specifications will damage the motor and might even Causc nJuy. The proper rated voltage is indicated on the nameplate. When cleaning stairs, take extra care to prevent falls. Do not shake the X5 up and down or collide it violently to prevent dirty water from flowing into the motor. When the motor is working, do not lift the product up and down or move it, and do not tilt the product to one side or lay it tlat to prevent dirty water trom tiowing into the motor. To prevent tripping. place the product against a wall after use. Do not use the product when the clean water and dirty water tanks are not properly installed. Do not place any small objects in the air outlet or block the air outlet. Remove all small objects that may hinder the smooth flow of the air outlet to prevent overheating. Do not get the main unit wet. Otherwise, it may cause fire and clectric shock duc to short circuiting.

Warranty Notice

  1. The main unit (including motor and battery) is guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase.
  2. The filter element, special floor cleaning solution, roller brush, and cleaning brush are consumables without warranty period.
  3. After-sales services are strictly implemented in accordance with the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests and Production Quality Law of the People’s Republic of China:
  4. During the validity period of the Three Guarantees, the customer can enjoy free returns, replacement, and repair services in accordance with these regulations. Replacement, return, and repair should be handled with invoices/purchase orders.
  5. The customers are eligible to return products without a stated reason within seven days (e-Commerce purchase channels), and replace the products within 15 days (due to quality problems). Consumers shall pay for the return postage of products with non-quality related problems, and merchants shall pay the postage for re-delivery. The invoices and gifts must be sent back together if available. Products returned under the seven days return without a stated reason policy must be available for secondary sale. The customer shall ensure that only the package is opened and the product has not been used.

Non-warranty Regulations

Bascus will not be able to provide free warranty service for the product within the warranty period in the following situations: Failure to use the product in accordance with the instructions in the manual, causing product damage or failure due to improper use and neglect of cleaning and maintenance.
