Description
Doorway Sanitation System is a complete sanitation system for use by cleaning or disinfection of e.g. boots or enginewheels which passes a doorway between foodareas.
The unit is a hygienic and wallmounted disinfector made of stainless steel
which lays out foamdisinfection by the means of a nozzlesystem at the
floorlevel.
The Nozzlesystem sprayes a mixing of water and detergent/disinfection on the
floor in the doorway at a program in advance time/ time interval. Water and
Detergent is mixed to a high foamquality with a big capability of attachment
at e.g. boots or engineparts/wheels which passes the doorway in question.
The programmingmodule/timer ensures that it is possible during short time to adjust time and interval for the foamdisinfection, so it fits the needs of the company, based at the amount of traffic in the doorway.
The Programmingmodule/timer ensures besides an automatic, uniform and reliable foamdisinfection. Equally it is possible to activate a foaming manual, just by turning the button on the front. A manual activation can also be made with a sensor, which will be connected to the distribution gear.

Use
Doorway Sanitation System shall always be installed in frost-free rooms only.
The unit is delivered complete and ready for mounting on a wall or a suitable rack. The unit is mounted on the enclosed wall brackets. It is very important that all pipe connections are thoroughly rinsed before installation.
It is recommended to mount the unit in connection with the nozzle putty, which
is made here fore.
One of the putty’s consist of a nozzle and the other one of two nozzles both
including wall brackets.
Before activation of the unit, you have to adjust the airpressure at the regulator. The airpressure should always be smaller than the air inlet at the water to ensure that the injector is going suitable.
The wished operationtime and pausetime should be adjusted with the buttons and the display at the controller. The button is turned to Auto, after which the unit is ready to use and will follow the cycle which adjusted. If an extra foaming, in excess of the automatically running, is wanted, turn the button to Man. When the button not is activated it will automatically turn to Auto.
The first foam laying out during the day is twice as long as the preset time.
If the inlet for low level is operated the red switch on the front will flash
on at the low level, and the operation of the unit will be blocked.
Before an automatic activation of the plant the red switch will flash
constantly for three seconds before the foam laying out.
The adjustments will earliest be activated when the controller again passes the new adjusted time.
It is possible to connect two sensors, that way the foam laying out does only take place when you move from A to B and not if the movement effects from B to A. This implies that the sensors are placed close enough to each other.
Maintenance
Always make sure that no valves, pipes or hose connections are leaking. In order to achieve optimum suction from the containers, please make sure that all clamps are correctly mounted and secured. Last but not least check filters in the end of the suction hoses.
In order to keep a high level of hygiene the cabinet should be cleaned with clean water both inside and outside. If the unit is very filthy we recommend using a mild detergent. The outer side of the cabinet can be rinsed with clean water. Inside we recommend using a cloth or a sponge to clean the cabinet.
Service
Only authorised and qualified personnel is allowed to carry out service on the unit. Only carry out service when the unit is disconnected and depressurised.
- Shut off the water supply
- Shut off the air supply.
- Turn the button, so the unit is unaccented
- Disconnect the power supply
