ECOLAB 110000963 Flow Switch
Flow Switch installation/placement
We have experienced that sometimes the EGE flow switch is sensitive to “noise”
coming from the pump. EGE has recommended that the flow switch is mounted,
ensuring that the small sign on the mounting nut is placed in the direction of
the water flow in the pipe. See picture! 
Please make sure that the flow switch is mounted in this way, in order to avoid that the flow switch shows flow even when there is no flow.

Installation instructions
for Flowswitch G3 1/4″, spare part number 110000963
- There is a dot on one of the nut surfaces on the sensor. This is used to position the contact point of the sensor in relation to the direction of flow of the medium.
- This marking must be located within an angle of +/- 30° perpendicular to the direction of flow, as shown in the example:
- Diagram of sensor fitted in a pipe:
- Loctite 577 is used at the factory to seal the thread, but packing yarn/packing tape can also be used.
