PACKAGE CONTENTS

INSTALLATION

STEP 1: Connect the 4-pin connectors of the strip and IR receiver arrow to arrow

STEP 2: Connect the IR receiver to the DC wire

STEP 3: Tear off the plastic on the adhesive tape and stick the strip to any smooth, clean and dry surface

NOTE: Please make sure the surface is smooth, dry and clean. DO NOT stick the led strip on surfaces, such as wool, fabrics, dust, rough plastic and frosted glass

STEP 4: Stick the LED strip and press it down with force, repeat this step untill the whole LED strip has been placed correctly

STEP 5: Installation has been finished. Use the IR remote to turn on and control your LED lighting.

Please pull out the transparent film from the bottom of the IR remote to ensure the battery is powered properly.

Make sure the IR remote aims at the IR receiver within the sensing distance. The angle of the IR receiver is 120 degrees and the sensing distance is 8 meters. Please use the control within this range for the best functionality .

• Do not connect to the power supply before proper installation.
• Please make sure to spread of the light strip before connecting to the power supply.

IR REMOTE CONTROLLER INDICATION

How to use the DIY function on the remote controller?
When the DIY button is pressed for the first time, the control will enter DIY color mode. You can create a own color for every single DIY key. Pressing the DIY key again will make you leave the DIY color mode. The strip automatically saves the color that you created. The next time this key is pressed, it will show the color you saved the last time. There are 6 DIY keys so you can save up to 6 colors. All modes are independent and have no effect on each other. For example: If you press DIY key 1 first and DIY key 2 afterward, DIY key 1 will be invalid, until key 2 is pressed once again.

Safety tips

1. Please ensure the power is off before wiring and installation
2. Supply voltage of this product is DC 12V never connect to DC 24V or AC 220V
3. Never connect to wires directly in case of short circuit
4. Please connect several strips in parallel and choose a multi-ports adapter if you want to usethe strips together
5. To ensure normal work of the ship, please use the voltage indicated on the box
6. If the power supply is damaged, do not attempt to repair it yourself. Please leave it to a professional technician.
7. Please do not light the strip on for over 5 seconds when its still rolled up.
8. Please do not use this product in open air or humid environments
9. To avoid any damage to the strip, please do not use chemical solvent during cleaning

Troubleshooting

• Strip does not light on after installation: Check the connector and if the led strip has acces to power. Check if the plastic film has been removed on the remote. Replace the battery remote.
• Strip does not light on after progamming DIY keys: Check if the shear connection is correct
• 2 Strips with different colors: Check if the 2 strips are connected in parallel
