Safety precautions

  •  Keep the appliance and the cord out of the reach of children under 8 years old and do not let children play with the appliance.
  •  Place the appliance on a flat and stable surface to prevent damage from falling.
  • Only have the appliance repaired by an authorized service company.
  •  Always remove the plug from the wall socket before cleaning, moving or not using the appliance.
  •  The appliance is only suitable for indoor use.
  • Do not use the device in damp areas such as a bathroom.
  •  avoid electric shock, do not use wet fingers to insert the plug into the socket
  •  not use the appliance if it is damaged, but have the appliance repaired by an authorized service company.
  •  Immediately pull the plug out of the socket if you notice smoke or a strange odour.
  •  Do not touch the appliance with wet hands and do not wash the appliance with water. Water can damage the parts.

This Hyundai floor fan is only suitable for ventilating interior spaces in a home and in a small office.

Use

Place the appliance at least 1 metre away from objects and walls on all sides. Never remove the protective grid while the motor is running. Danger of serious injury!

  1.  Check that the protective grid is properly placed.
  2.  Make sure the appliance is turned off.
  3.  Adjust the angle by tilting the fan forwards or backwards.
  4.  Insert the plug into a wall socket.
  5.  Set the desired speed with the pushbuttons

Cleaning

  •  Clean the housing with a soft cloth or soft paper. If dirt is difficult to remove, use a soft cloth with some soapy water. Do not use chemical cleaners, gasoline or other solvents. These can irreparably damage the housing.
  •  If necessary, use a vacuum cleaner to vacuum dust and fluff from the grid.
  •  Regular cleaning extends the life of the device.

Maintenance

If the appliance will not be used for a long time.

  1. Always remove the plug from the wall socket.
  2. Keep the appliance in a cool, frost-free place and out of direct sunlight.
