Use the whisk to beat egg whites and whipped cream, the blending shaft for soft foods and the chopping equipment for hard foods. You can easily and rapidly interchange the accessories. Measure the quantity in the measuring cup, select the desired speed and start cooking!

• Be aware of the risks and consequences resulting from misuse of the Hand Blender. Misuse of the Hand Blender can result in personal injury, or destruction of the product.
• Use the Hand Blender only for purposes described in this user manual.
• If the Hand Blender malfunctions, is dropped or (appears to be) damaged in any manner, do NOT use it and contact Customer Service.
• The Hand Blender is designed and intended for private, non-commercial use only.
• When you are not using the Hand Blender, turn the device off and disconnect the device from the power socket
• The blades are sharp. Be careful when removing, attaching or cleaning the blades.
• Only use the attachments and accessories provided by LifeGoods.
• The chopping bowl and measuring cup are not microwave proof.

Persons and Use

• The Hand Blender can be used by children if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are supervised. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged.
• The Hand Blender can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
• Children shall not play with the appliance.
• Always place the Hand Blender on a horizontal, even, and stable surface.
• During operation keep hands, hair and clothing, as well as spatulas and other utensils away from attachments and any mixing containers to reduce risk of injury to persons and/or damage to the appliance.
• When mixing liquids, especially hot liquids, use a tall container or make small quantities at a time to reduce spillage, splattering and possibility of injury from burning.
• Check the work bowl for presence of any foreign objects before using.
• Do not use the Hand Blender for more than 1 minute continuously when blending soft ingredients. Do not use the Hand Blender for more than 15 seconds continuously when blending hard ingredients.
• Do NOT use the Hand Blender in or near a bath, shower, swimming pool, or over a basin filled with water.
• Do NOT operate the device with damp or wet hands and do NOT touch the power cord with damp or wet hands. Do NOT submerge the min body housing in water. If water does get inside the casing, turn the Hand Blender off immediately and contact our customer service.
• Keep the Hand Blender away from moisture, heat and in or close to areas where the surrounding temperature is relatively hot (e.g. stoves or other sources of heat).
• Do not operate this appliance in an appliance garage or under a wall cabinet.

Electronics

• Do NOT reconstruct, repair or disassemble the Hand Blender. This can damage the device. For safety reasons, these parts may only be replaced by authorized service personnel. In order to prevent hazards, always send the Hand Blender to the service centre for repairs.
• Make sure your outlet supplies the correct power voltage to avoid damage to the Hand Blender.
• Always check the power cord and plug before using the Hand Blender. Do NOT operate the Hand Blender if the cord or plug are damaged. A damaged cord or plug must be replaced by a qualified person in order to avoid damages and personal injuries.
• Only use the adapter provided by KitchenBrothers.
• If the power fails during usage, turn off the Hand Blender immediately and pull the plug from the socket.
• Do NOT disconnect the Hand Blender from its power supply by pulling the cable.
• Do NOT carry or pull the device by its cable.
• Make sure that you do NOT trip over the cable. The cable should not be kinked, trapped or twisted. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter, or touch a hot surface. Other
• Remove the detachable blending shaft from the main body housing before cleaning the blades and attachments.
• Make sure that the plug is disconnected from the power source, the Hand Blender is turned off, and the parts have stopped rotating before attaching or removing the attachments or cleaning the Hand Blender.

Receiving Your Shipment

When receiving your shipment, make sure that the contents are consistent with the packing list. Notify your distributor of any missing items. If the equipment appears to be damaged, file a claim immediately with the carrier and notify your distributor at once, giving a detailed description of any damage. Save the damaged packing container to substantiate your claim.

Operating Instructions

Using the Blending Shaft

The detachable blending shaft is suitable for blending soft foods such as dips, sauces, soups, mayonnaise, baby foods, milkshakes etc.

• Attach the blending shaft by placing it on the bottom of the main body and carefully pushing it until you hear a clicking sound.
• Put the blending shaft into the mixture to be blended.
• Set the desired speed and push the On/Off button to turn on the Hand Blender. Make sure to keep the Hand Blender upright.
• Press the On/Off button again to turn off the Hand Blender.
• Remove the plug from the power socket and push the release button to disconnect the blending shaft.

Using the Chopping Attachments

The chopping attachments are suitable for chopping hard foods such as meats, cheeses, onions, herbs, carrots, nuts etc. Caution: do not chop hard foods such as ice cubes, nutmeg, coffee beans, and grains. Carefully remove the plastic packaging material from the knives. Caution: the blades are sharp.

1. Place the blades on the pin in the centre of the chopping bowl.
2. Place the chopping bowl on a horizontal, even, and stable surface.
3. Put the ingredients in the chopping bowl.
4. Place the cover on the chopping bowl. Rotate the cover clockwise until you hear a clicking sound.
5. Place the main body housing on the cover and push it down carefully until you hear a clicking sound.
6. Set the desired speed and press the On/Off Button. Make sure to keep the bowl level. Press the On/
7. Off button again to turn the Hand Blender off.
8. Remove the plug from the power source and press the release button to disconnect the main housing body from the cover.
9. Rotate the cover counterclockwise to remove the cover from the chopping bowl.
10. Carefully remove the blades.
11. Remove the food from the chopping bowl.

Using the Whisk

The whisk is suitable for beating egg whites, and whipped cream and mixing batters.

1. Attach the whisk by placing it on the whisk holder and carefully pushing it until you hear a clicking sound.
2. Place the whisk holder on the main housing body and push carefully until you hear a clicking sound.
3. Set the desired speed and press the On/Off button. Make sure to keep the Hand Blender upright.
4. Press the On/Off button again to turn the Hand Blender off.
5. Remove the plug from the power source and push the release button to disconnect the whisk holder.
6. Carefully pull the whisk to remove it from the whisk holder.

Processing Guide

Maintenance and Cleaning

Always remove the plug from the power source and turn off the Hand Blender before cleaning it.

• Main Body Housing and Chopping Bowl: clean with a damp towel. NEVER immerse these parts in water.
• Accessories: dishwasher proof. Do not use too much cleaner or decalcifier. Clean these parts immediately when you are blending salt foods
• When blending coloured foods, the plastic parts of the accessories can discolour. Clean the discoloured parts with vegetable oil before putting them in the dishwasher.

Storage

Store the Hand Blender in a clean and dry place. Do not store the device in extremely high or extremely low temperatures.

Disposal – Recycle

Contribute to a cleaner living environment! Do not dispose of the Hand Blender with the household waste. For proper recycling, please contact your local authority or your household waste disposal service for further details on your nearest designated collection point.
