Instructions
(Refer to the images on the previous pages)

  1. Connecting the Hub to the Laptop
Plugin the USB-C connector of your hub into the USB-C port of your iPad Pro, MacBook Pro/Air, or any other USB-C enabled device. With a Plug and Play design, the hub will work automatically Without needing additional drivers or software to be installed.

  2. Connecting Devices to the Hub
Connect your existing cables and accessories like your mouse or USB flash drive to the USB-A ports on the hub. If charging a device while connected to your hub, ensure that you connect it to the USB-A port 2 which is equipped with BC1.2

Troubleshooting

Symptom
Some devices don’t operate when multiple devices are connected

Solution
The hub can only provide as much power to the connected devices as the host computer provides to the hub. Some devices such as portable hard drives use a lot of power and may need to be plugged  nto a USB port on the host machine by themselves to ensure they can get enough power to operate.
