INTRODUCTION

CONGRATULATIONS & WELCOME TO THE TRIBEST FAMILY!
Your purchase of the Tribest Dynapro Commercial High-Speed Blender is backed by our committed customer service team and world-class warranty. As with every Tribest product, the Dynapro’s versatile features are the result of intentional choices that were made to help you do one thing—Make Healthy Living Easy.

  • NEWLY UPGRADED MOTOR
The Dynapro features an all-new powerful 2.5 peak horsepower motor made in Sweden with turbo cooling fan designed to make easy work of blending even the toughest of ingredients. From ice and frozen foods to dry ingredients and bulk batches of your favorite recipes, the Dynapro can easily help you achieve success.

  • VACUUM-READY BLENDING CONTAINER
Our BPA-free Tritan blending container and the integrated 4-prong stainless steel blades are designed for heavy volume. The large 64-oz container is equipped with vacuum sealing technology for next level high-speed blending.

  • 3 MODES OF OPERATION
Use preset blending programs, blend manually, or use the timer mode for accurate and easy blending every time.

  • RAW TEMPERATURE INDICATOR
The Raw Temperature Indicator Star changes its color from blue to white when the temperature in the blending container reaches 118°F (48°C), ensuring that your raw recipes stay raw. Plus, if your goal is to blend and heat your recipes, you can easily see when the temperature starts to warm up.

  • OPTIONAL VACUUM BLENDING
The Dynapro DPS-2250 includes the One-Touch Vacuum Pump. Vacuum blending helps you enjoy increased flavor profiles, improved texture, enhanced shelf life, and optimal nutrition for your high-speed blends. Protect and reduce the oxidation of your high-powered blends by removing the excess oxygen before blending. This preserves the fragile antioxidants, enzymes, and nutrients that feed your body. Vacuum blending also helps you create silky smooth results—no more separation of your blends or losing the simple flavors of your product during the blending process.

  • LET’S GET STARTED!
Before blending, we recommend you wash all the parts with warm water and mild soap before using your Dynapro. Never use a scouring pad on your container. A simple sponge is perfect! You are now ready to begin creating scrumptious delights for you and your family. Please take the time to read through the entire operation manual for proper use and care instructions before starting.

VACUUM BLENDING TIPS

Vacuum blending will protect the flavor profile, nutrients, and vibrant colors of your ingredients. In addition, you can enjoy superior texture and a longer shelf life. To enjoy the best benefits of this option, please refer to the tips below.

  • CREATING SAUCES & DRESSINGS WITH FRESH HERBS
The flavor of fresh herbs naturally diminish during traditional high-speed blends due to oxidation. When blending under vacuum, you can enjoy the complete flavor profile. We recommend starting with half of the original recipe when it comes to fresh herbs and spices, like garlic or onion. Blend under vacuum, taste, and then add additional herbs and spices for a second round of blending.

  • SPEND LESS TIME BLENDING
Blending under vacuum takes less time as the vacuum keeps all your ingredients snugly down by the blades during the blending process. This means that your blend will take less time than a traditional high-speed blend. To avoid over blending, we recommend manually blending your combination the first time to get an idea of what setting will be best for your favorite recipes.

  • VACUUM BLENDING IN 2 STEPS
Many chefs love the benefits of vacuum blending to create a specific taste and texture profiles. To easily accomplish this, we recommend blending your base recipe ingredients first to create a silky smooth texture, then adding in specific flavor elements, like raw herbs, before vacuum sealing and blending again. Due to the decrease in time needed to blend under vacuum, this is an easy way to achieve both the optimal texture and flavor you need for your signature blends. Although this is not a necessary step, it can help you create unique and memorable recipes using the vacuum function.

  • TEST YOUR SEALS AFTER WASHING
The silicone vacuum seals may shift after washing. To ensure your vacuum blend will create a tight seal, do a test before blending by running the VACUUM PUMP for 10 seconds, then pulling up the silicone seal on the CENTER CAP to ensure a vacuum seal has been created. If you find that it was not sealed, adjust your seals before blending your next recipe. Your machine comes with additional seals for your container so that you can replace those that have become loose or lost.

  • TROUBLESHOOTING
On average, it should take anywhere from 15 to 45 seconds to achieve a tight seal before blending, depending on the ingredients in your recipe. Here are some common troubleshooting tips for successful vacuum sealing:

    • If your VACUUM PUMP has run for over a minute and does not seem to be achieving a tight seal, check all 3 seals on your container lid – 1 top flap seal, 2 large seal around entire lid, and 3 center cap seal should all be snugly in place.
    • If all three seals on the lid are in place, try running the VACUUM PUMP on your hand briefly to see if it is creating a suction. If the suction feels weak/light or if the indicator light on your VACUUM PUMP is blinking, you may need to replace the batteries. Remove the battery cover on your VACUUM PUMP and replace the 8 AA batteries (4 AA on front side of removable cartridge and 4 AA on the back side). Test again on your hand to see if the suction has improved.

CONTROL PANEL TIPS

Tribest DPS-2200 Dynapro Commercial High-Speed Blender-

The Dynapro features unique controls that can be used to save time and energy in the busiest of kitchens. Here are some tips for optimizing the use of these controls:

  • MANUAL CONTROL DIAL
For best results, always start at a low speed and then gradually turn up to a higher speed to prevent any ingredients from flying
up into the LID area and getting stuck. When blending is complete, we recommend turning the dial back down to the lowest speed setting before shutting off the machine.

  • TIMER CONTROL DIAL
In the Timer Mode, you can set the speed with the MANUAL CONTROL DIAL and set the countdown timer with the TIMER CONTROL DIAL for a specific program and recipe. The countdown timer will count down backwards on the LCD DISPLAY and automatically stop blending when the time is up, so you can focus on other items during its blending cycle.

  • PRESET BUTTONS

    • Nut & Seed Milks
To achieve thick, creamy nut and seed milks, we recommend blending for 1.5 minutes. Press PULSE + BLEND + BLEND (30 sec PULSE and 60 sec BLEND).

    • Raw Superfood Smoothies
The PULSE and BLEND controls are most often used to create smoothies quickly, even powering through frozen fruit or ice. When using the VACUUM PUMP, simply press the “BLEND” button once. Most common combinations of fruits and vegetables can be easily blended in 30 seconds using this preset. If you have heavier combinations featuring nuts, seeds, or thick vegetables, try using the following combination: Press PULSE + BLEND (30 sec PULSE and 30 sec BLEND).

    • Thick Sauces from Beans & Nuts
To allow your Dynapro to easily move through heavier ingredients, we recommend blending using a combination of all 3 presets: Press PULSE + COMBO + BLEND (30 sec PULSE, 30 sec COMBO, and 30 sec BLEND).

    • Hot Soups
Your Dynapro will begin to heat and eventually cook a soup between 1.5 minutes and 3 minutes. We recommend the following preset combination for soups: Press COMBO + BLEND + BLEND + BLEND (30 sec COMBO and 90 sec BLEND).
