SAUNA ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
-
Begin assembly by determining an appropriate location for your sauna – see ASSEMBLY TIPS & WARNINGS (Page 3) for details. Place the FLOOR PANEL on the floor in this location. NOTE: On your model, the FLOOR HEATER is now pre-installed in the floor (NOT SHOWN)
-
Place the RIGHT SIDE WALL PANEL on the FLOOR PANEL, lining up the SIDE PANEL against the floor trim piece on the backside of the floor.
-
Place the FRONT RIGHT WALL PANEL on the FLOOR in the same manner and insert the INNER WALL CONNECTORS into the three corresponding holes on the RIGHT SIDE PANEL, then push down to lock panels together.
-
Place the BACK WALL PANEL on the FLOOR against the floor trim, as shown, and make sure it fits snugly against the RIGHT SIDE WALL PANEL with the trim overlapping the wall, then engage buckles from bottom to top.
-
Place the LEFT SIDE WALL PANEL on the FLOOR in the same manner and buckle it to the BACK WALL PANEL.
-
Install the BENCH SUPPORT HEATER PANEL between the side walls by sliding it into the two trim pieces on each wall.
NOTE: There will be a notch on top of the BENCH SUPPORT for the white MOOD LIGHTING wire, so it doesn’t get pinched.
Make sure the wire goes into the notch.
TIP: Move the front of the LEFT SIDE WALL out a little to make it easier to get the BENCH SUPPORT HEATER PANEL and BENCH SEAT (Step 8) in place. Move the wall into place once the bench is in. -
Connect the black floor heater plug and the bench heater plug into the black plugs from the front
-
Connect the white MOOD LIGHTING bench plugs. Make sure they click together tightly. Place the BENCH SEAT on the BACK WALL PANEL. Use two 2” (50mm) SCREWS to attach the bench through the pre-drilled holes.
-
Lift the ROOF above the sauna and place on top of the walls, feeding the control panel and heater cables through the corresponding holes. Align METAL PINS on top of the FRONT RIGHT WALL PANEL and LEFT SIDE WALL with holes in the ROOF (see below) to get the ROOF positioned properly.
-
A. Once the ROOF is in place, use two 1-1/2” (40mm) SCREWS to secure the roof to the back wall in the marked holes as shown below.
10B. Secure the ROOF and the FLOOR, from the interior, with four 1-1/2” (40mm) SCREWS using the pre-drilled holes located inside, two at the top and two at the bottom (hole locations are indicated by the arrows below). Make sure the walls are tight against the ROOF and the FLOOR when attaching. This step is very important to ensure the walls are stable and the glass panel and door will align properly.
-
Attach the DOOR HANDLE to the GLASS DOOR by using two 1-1/2” (40mm) SCREWS as shown.
-
A. Slide the SIDE WALL GLASS into the slot on the LEFT SIDE WALL and the FLOOR. Attach to the
FLOOR using one 3/4” (20mm) SCREW and a BLACK PLASTIC WASHER through the glass. 12B. Attach the SIDE WALL GLASS to the ROOF using one 3/4” (20mm) SCREW and a BLACK PLASTIC WASHER through the glass. Snap METAL CAPS onto the two plastic washers that were just installed.
Attach the GLASS DOOR HINGES to frame using six 1” (25mm) SCREWS. Use the pre- drilled holes in the frame, so the door will align properly. -
A. Connect the heater cable plugs, control panel wires, and mood lighting on the roof to the corresponding wire connections coming up through the walls and the control panel roof hole. Make sure all wires are connected tightly.
13B. Feed the main power cable through the hole in the ROOF and plug it securely into the receptacle on the back of the POWER SUPPLY BOX. Place the ROOF COVER on top of the ROOF and secure it with 12-14 3/4” (20MM) SCREWS.
-
Remove the back cover of the OXYGEN IONIZER. Unwrap and install the fragrance patch, then reattach the back cover. Attach the OXYGEN IONIZER in the designated position with two 5/8” (16mm) SCREWS. Plug the power cable into the OXYGEN IONIZER.
-
Attach the DOUBLE TOWEL HOOK with two 5/8” (16mm) SCREWS. Note: Attaching the hook is optional, but if you do, consider the position carefully before driving any screws into the sauna interior.
-
Plug the main power cable into a dedicated outlet. Note: No other appliances should share the same outlet or circuit with this sauna.
