OPERATION
Control Panel

10034566 - Control Panel

Switching on and off the device
  • As soon as the device is connected to the mains, a signal tone sounds. The indicator [88:88] flashes on the display and then disappears.
  • If you press the ON/OFF button during operation, the unit stops without a display.
Automatic function
  • Press 1 CUP (1 cup of flour), 2 CUP (2 cups of flour) or 3 CUP (3 cups of flour) depending on the amount of flour.
  • The display shows the countdown time.
  • The machine starts. If function 2 CUPS or 3 CUPS is selected, the dough is kneaded for 3 minutes. When function 1 CUP is selected, the dough is kneaded for 4 minutes.
  • When the pasta is ready, the machine stops automatically and [OFF] appears on the display.
Manual function

When the automatic mode is finished, press the MANUAL button to eject the remaining dough. The countdown time for the manual function is 5 minutes.

Note: Do not use this function until water and flour have been thoroughly mixed as this may cause malfunction and affect the life of the machine.

In manual mode, the machine automatically detects the density of the flour/water mixture.

It is normal for the mixing axis to be reversed over and over again during the working process. If the display shows [E1] after repeated reversing, check whether the flour is too dry or if there are foreign objects inside. If there is no foreign matter inside, add the correct amount of water and after two minutes of mixing, select the MANUAL function. If the error message persists, turn off the power, clean the extruder disc, and check whether dough or other objects are obstructing it. Then reconnect the power. Normally, the machine should now run normally. If the machine is still [E1], contact a specialist company for inspection and maintenance.

Do not add any non-liquid ingredients other than flour during the working process. Eggs must be mixed with water before adding. Do not open the top cover or unscrew any accessories while the appliance is in operation.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Possible cause and suggested solution
The device doesn’t work. The plug is not plugged in or the socket is broken.
The machine does not produce noodles. Too much water: Take out the dough in

the mixing bowl, tear it as small as possible, add the right amount of flour and press MANUAL.
Too little water: Remove the extruder slices used, clean them and reinsert them. Add the right amount of water and press MANUAL.
The dough is too wet or the flour too moist. Make sure that the flour is stored in a dry container. Adhere exactly to the amount of flour and water specified in the reference table.
The mixing bowl, mixing axis and extruder disc have not been cleaned or dried before use.
The noodles crunch or crack.| The noodles have more burrs or cracks at the beginning and end of extrusion due to the mixture. Add eggs or some cooking oil to produce smoother noodles.
If you have time, you can rip the pasta dough into small pieces after extruding and back into the mixing bowl. Press MANUAL and extrud the dough again. The more often you repeat this process, the smoother the pasta will be.
At the end of noodle production, there is still some flour or dough left over.| First switch off the machine, remove the remaining dough and assemble it. After the dough has been put back into the mixing bowl, press the “Manual” button, the machine will continue extruding noodles.
The noodles stick together after extrusion.| After the noodles have come out, sprinkle some flour over them so that they do not stick together.
The noodles break.| Too little water in the dough. Follow exactly the amounts given in the reference table.
