No, this is not HDMI 2.1, despite whoever is answering under Belkin, International Manufacturer. The full HDMI 2.1 CTS has not been released, so Belkin cannot claim that these are HDMI 2.1, certified HDMI 2.1, or otherwise. They can claim as it does in the main ad that it is “Future-proofed to support 8K/60Hz resolutions and frame rates”, but that is based on their own cable specifications not based on HDMI’s final HDMI 2.1 CTS. Note whoever is writing answers for Belkin on here obfuscates this by using words like the Belkin Ultra HD HDMI cable “supports” HDMI 2.1 standards of up to 48Gbps bandwidth. That may be true, but it is highly misleading when talking about HDMI 2.1 certification. -
Does Belkin make this 2.1 hdr cable in 3 feet/1 meter length?
Not that I found only 6.6 ft / 2 meters. -

Yes, I’ve tried a couple of cables from other brands and this one works consistently with 4K HDR 60hz with no issues. It’s pricey but I’ve bought 3 of these so far for my PS4 Pro, 4K Apple TV, and a windows PC. -

I have an amazon basics 4k HDMI cable capable of 18gb/s transfers and my content looks washed out in hdr mode. will this cable be a viable solution?
This cable does what the product says and more in my extensive testing and use with all UHD HDR signals to my 4k TV. My ps4 pro runs like the system should have for the past 8 months. Everything is absolutely beautiful. Vibrant but not off-color vibrant. If anything. This cable fixes washed-out colors period. Once you get used to turning the sharpness down which is a habit of mine everything is just amazing depth. I am buying 3 more of these cables because they transfer the data so well to even led 1080 p. the cable is worth every penny. It also does give HDR 10 to everything that is supported. It’s the proper cable of 2018 and I imagine next few years. I was very skeptical. But hey, I never wrote a review on any product until now. So that says everything I think. Enjoy! “I do calibrate and professional break-in on devices” but this cable made night and day difference BEFORE and after calibration.
