BEFORE USING PRODUCT
Read and follow all instructions carefully to ensure that your gate and extensions are properly installed. Improper installation could result in the gate becoming unstable or dislodged from the doorway. Always make sure the extension is securely attached to the gate before using it. The safety of your child is your responsibility. Please keep these instructions for your reference.

REMOVING YOUR GATE FROM THE WALL
To remove from the wall, turn the top and bottom handle counterclockwise to release pressure from the wall.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Periodically check the gate for signs of damage, wear, or missing components. Do not use if any part is missing, worn, or damaged. Check the gate regularly to ensure all the hardware and mountings are tightened. Do not use abrasive cleaners or bleach. Clean by sponging with warm water and a mild detergent.

90 DAYS LIMITED WARRANTY
If during the first 90 days after consumer purchase of the item, under reasonable and non-commercial use and conditions of maintenance, it fails while owned by the original purchaser because of the quality of materials or workmanship of finish and assembly, Regalo International, LLC, will replace or repair it at Regalo’s option. PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED.

Assembling and Installing Your Gate

Measure your doorway or wall opening and subtract 2 inches to account for “A” and “C”. Set tubes to length. Connect outer tube (F), middle tube (G), and handle end cap (B, H). Repeat on the bottom side. The top and horizontal bars’ widths must match. The top and bottom handles (B, H) must be fully loosened when measuring the opening. For smaller openings, adjust B, G & H, and G first.
NOTE: Make sure spring pins are secured in place to ensure tubes cannot pull apart.

Insert top horizontal bar through the top of mesh (I). Repeat on the lower horizontal bar. Connect top end cap (A) to the top bar.

Align inner leg tube (E) into outer leg tube (D) and push together past pin engagement.
NOTE: See STEP 6 for pin engagement at the end of the assembly.

Insert the right sidebar (D, E) into the side of the mesh and connect to the top handle end cap (B), then to the bottom handle end cap (H).

Insert the left side tube (D, E) through the side of the mesh into the top end cap (A).

Pull top and bottom bars outward on each side until the leg tube springs Lastly, connect the bottom end cap (C). pins “snap” with engagement.
NOTE: Leg tube spring pins must be engaged for proper assembly. Reference STEP 3. To disassemble, disengage spring pins on sidebars.

Place gate in the doorway then rotates (clockwise) top and bottom handle to tighten. Make sure your feet are touching the floor.

WARNING

  • Install according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • To prevent serious injury or death, securely install a gate or enclosure and use it according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Children have died or been seriously injured when gates are not securely installed. ALWAYS install and use as directed using all required parts.
  • Never stack gates on top of each other to form a taller barrier. This could result in serious injury or death.
  • STOP using when a child can climb over or dislodge the gate.
  • Use only with the locking mechanism securely engaged.
  • To prevent falls, NEVER use at top of stairs
  • NEVER use to keep the child away from the pool.
  • Intended for use with children from 6 months through 24 months.
  • Always ensure the gate is resting against the floor before beginning installation.
  • This product will not necessarily prevent all accidents. Never leave the child unattended.
  • Check the gate regularly to see if all the hardware and mountings are tightened.
  • Do not use it if any component is missing or damaged.
  • Adult assembly required.
