How to check the case battery if Fully charged?
The lights get turned off.
How much charge does the light consume?
10-minute charge to 4-5hours play
What touch sensor controls are there?
Volume control, Play pause, you can control your Google assistant from touch controls, answer or reject a call, gaming mode on off (low latency mode)
Is this used as a mic if yes how?
Yes, it can be used, simply connect your earbuds to your phone and put it in your ears, and start speaking whatever you want to. But if you only want a mic then I prefer you to purchase it separately
How to pair two WINGS Phantom True Wireless Earphones together?
Power on your WINGS Phantom True Wireless Earphones and open Bluetooth on your phone; 2) Go to Settings–Bluetooth on your phone and search for “WINGS” in available devices; 3) Select “WINGS” to connect; 4) Enter 0000 as pairing code and click OK; 5) Your WINGS Phantom True Wireless Earphones are now paired successfully!
How to Reset Wingsofwireless Earphones?
Keep pressing and holding both + and – buttons at the same time for 5 seconds until you hear two beeps; 2) Release the + and – buttons after hearing two beeps; 3) Your Wingsofwireless Earphones are now reset to factory default settings!
Charging time for the case?
30 minutes to 45 minutes
If the touch controls fail to work what to do?
If it is in warranty go for a replacement 9therwise nothing can be done
can this charge casework as a power bank?
No. This product is NOT one with a power bank. There are not many TWS earbuds with a power bank option out there., mainly because it increases the bulk and the weight of the case; it’s not worth it.
What is Noise cancellation?
It doesn’t have any in-built noise cancellation but it covers my ears well providing 70 to 80 percent passive noise reduction
How to Warranty Time?
You have to go and register using the QR code in the warranty card. The warranty period is 1 year.
What is an indication for the battery is low and charging connected?
If the charging case has a low battery it’ll start blinking 1 time per second,
while if the earphones are low you’ll have a pop-up on your mobile screen and
you’ll hear an audio-low battery powering off
To know the battery percentage of your earphones you can check it on your
phone
When the charger is connected the case will start blinking 2 – 3 – 4 times
according to the battery charge, when the lights are constantly on it means
the case is fully charged
Does the led light continuously glow or blink when connected?
No, it starts blinking when you turn it on and turns off when it gets
connected.
It blinks while connected when the battery is low.
Box light is not working?
Remove the small plastic attached in the earbuds sensor s !it will do
US Wings is a Chinese company?
The product is Chinese… It’s rebranding and selling as Wings Phantom
Does it have open buds box to connect feature or do I need to take the buds out of the box to connect?
If you open it, it turns on automatically and you can connect.
