You can use Wi-Fi to cast audio to the speaker, use voice commands to stream audio to the speaker, or connect a Bluetooth® audio device directly to the speaker.   Yes, the Belkin SOUNDFORM™ ELITE Hi-Fi Smart Speaker + Wireless Charger works with Google Assistant.

• So this Belkin speaker supports both Alexa & Google voice assistance? 
  The SOUND FORM ELITE Hi-Fi Smart Speaker + Wireless Charger has two versions. The G1S0001 only supports Google Assistant, while the G1S0002 only supports Alexa.

• Will this charge the iPhone 12 Pro Max?
  At this time our current wireless charging products are being tested with the iPhone 12 product line. When testing is complete our product pages will be updated for compatibility. Stay tuned.

• Is this speaker Siri capable or Alexa only?
  The Belkin SOUND FORM ELITE Hi-Fi Smart Speaker G1S0001 supports Google Assistant only. On the other hand, the SOUND FORM ELITE Hi-Fi Smart Speaker G1S0002 supports Alexa and Apple AirPlay 2.

• What is the projected time frame where this will be compatible with the iPhone 12 mini?
  We still don’t have ETA for the Belkin G1S0002 to be compatible with the iPhone 12 mini.

• Is this device support apple airplay?
  The Belkin G1S0001 doesn’t support Apple Airplay.

• Can you disable Alexa?
  The Belkin SOUND FORM ELITE (G1S0001) does not support Alexa.

• This says compatible with most galaxy phones. says s9 and s9+ and the note 8. i have a note 9. would this work with that??.
  It should work as long as your phone is Qi-enabled for charging purposes and supports up to Bluetooth 5.0.

• Is the speaker wireless? Or does it have to be connected all the time to work?
  The Belkin SOUND FORM ELITE speaker G1S0001 is not battery-powered. To function, it must be connected to an AC power source.

• Can the Alexa version of this device set up a set of stereo speakers using two devices?
  If you’re referring to the Alexa Multi-Room Music, then yes, the Belkin G1S0002 can be used for Multi-Room Music. Make sure that you have two or more Multi-Room Music-compatible speakers or devices for the feature to work.

• Will this speaker play an alarm through the Bluetooth speaker set on an iPhone? that’s why I want a Bluetooth speaker to make my alarm louder
  Believe so off Alexa’s abs can set to music Alexa and volume level as well.
