HOW TO SETUP

• Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile device to start looking for nearby devices.
• SOUNDFORM True Wireless Earphones will appear when your earbuds are recognized. To finish pairing, tap on the name.

HOW TO RESET

For 10 seconds, press and hold both earbuds. The device will be reset as a result of this action. When the indication lights turn off, release.

HOW TO PAIR

• Swipe down the shade of Notifications.
• In the top row of icons, press and hold the Bluetooth symbol.
• Check to see if the toggle switch at the top of the menu is turned on.
• Pair should be tapped.

• What is the best way to increase the volume on my Belkin earbuds?
  Volume Up: To boost the volume to the appropriate level, tap once on the right earbud. Volume Down: To lower the volume to the desired level, tap once on the left earpiece. To begin audio playback, tap twice on either the left or right earpiece. To pause audio playback, tap twice on either the left or right earpiece.

• When your true wireless earphones are fully charged, how do you know?
  Connect the charging cable (included) to the charging connection on the back of the charging case and the other end of the charging cable to a usable USB power source with the earbuds inside. When the power indication light on each earbud turns off, the earbuds are fully charged.

• My Belkin earbuds aren’t connecting?
  When both earphones are placed into the charging case and the lid is closed for 5 seconds, they will disconnect from your Bluetooth® device and reboot. Both earphones automatically turn on and reconnect to your Bluetooth device once you remove them from the case. Both earbuds should now be playing audio.

• What happens if one of the earbuds fails?
  If a single earbud only cuts out every now and again, try twisting and taping the cable until sound returns. If twisting the cord doesn’t work, you’ll need to open the earbud and, if possible, solder the connection. You may need to purchase new earbuds in some circumstances.

• Why aren’t my earbuds communicating with one another?
  Your device’s Bluetooth setting should be turned off. When you take the earbuds out of the case, they will immediately switch on. To manually sync the left and right earbuds, double-press both of them at the same time. NOTE: If something doesn’t work the first time, give it another shot.

• Why aren’t my earbuds working?
  It’s unlikely that your Bluetooth headphones are faulty if they won’t switch on. All you have to do now is reset it. In fact, a quick factory reset can cure a variety of problems with a Bluetooth headset, including: If your Bluetooth headset won’t connect to your smartphone or laptop.
