LINKSYS WUSB6300 Dual Band WiFi USB Adaptor User Guide
Instruction
You’ll need to download and install drivers before using your adapter:
- On a computer with an internet connection, visit www.linksys.com/support/WUSB6300 in a web browser.
- Click on Downloads/Firmware.
- Choose Version 2.0.
- Download the driver package for the version of your computer’s operating system (Mac or Windows).
- WIN: Unzip the folder and double-click the Setup.exe file and follow the on screen instructions.
MAC: Unzip the folder and double-click the Setup.dmg file and follow the on- screen instructions.
If the computer you want to use the adapter with doesn’t have an internet connection, find another computer that does, then:
- Visit www.linksys.com/support/WUSB6300 in a web browser.
- Click on Downloads/Firmware.
- Choose Version 2.0.
- Download the driver package for the version of your computer’s operating system (Mac or Windows).
- Save the folder to a removable storage device.
- Eject the storage device and insert it into the computer you want to use with the adapter.
- Navigate to the drivers folder on the storage device,
- WIN: Unzip the folder and double-click the Setup.exe file and follow the on-screen instructions.
MAC: Unzip the folder and double-click the Setup.dmg file and follow the on- screen instructions.
