Charging the Speakers

Your speaker will work best if it is within 30ft of your smart device. You may experience sound briefly cutting off if you are Out of range or if your wireless connection is weak. If the speakers are not paired with a device after 5 minutes, they will turn off automatically. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone or tablet before starting the pairing process. True Wireless (TWS)& Bluetooth Pairing Turn on both speakers by long pressing (2 seconds) the Power Switch to the “ON” position. Both of the speakers will prompt when they are ready to connect to each other. Wait 3 seconds, the speakers will automatically pair to each other and one speaker will “‘prompt” to indicate it is paired with the second speaker. From your smartphone or tablet, find a list of nearby devices and choose “True Wireless Speaker”, and enter “0000” if asked. Ine speaker will prompt again when pairings are completed. The speakers can be paired to different devices. For example, you can use one speaker with a smartphone and the other speaker with a tablet Turn on one speaker by the long press (2 seconds) by flipping the Power Switch to the “ON” position. The first speaker Will prompt when it is ready to pair. Leave the second speaker to turn off. Pair one device at a time to your multiple devices. From your smartphone or tablet, find a list of nearby devices and choose “True Wireless Speaker”, and enter “0000” if asked. Ine speaker Will prompt again when pairing IS Completed. To pair the second speaker, repeat steps 1 and2 with your second device. Ensure that you are far enough away from the first speaker and device to avoid a signal error.

  • Keep away from water and moisture.
  • Keep away from heat sources.
  • Do not disassemble.

Connection Lost?

  • If pairing two speakers does not work, turn off the speakers and repeat the steps again “Using speakers as a pair”.
  • Make sure your speakers are Within the range of your smart device
  • if you hear a long prompt, you need to recharge your speakers, Connection may be lost due to low battery.
  • When charging your speakers, only use the enclosed USB cables.
