How to set up tha camera

Bring the camera close to your Wi -F1 . router, plug it to power

In App,tap + to add camera, select your camera type.

The camera can be setup with or without cable.

A). Add via WiFi without cable
Does the camera have an Ethernet port on the tail? Choose NO while asked whether camera has Ethernet port. Then follow on-screen guide to setup camera.
(B). Add with cable
Use an Ethernet cable to hard wire the camera to your router’s LAN port. Select YES while asked whether the camera has Ethernet port. Then follow on- screen guide to add the camera to list. The camera is then working wiredly. Enter camera’s setting – Advanced setting – Device WiFi. Provide your WiFi password and then you can unplug the camera from router.


If the camera was not added successfully, hold the reset button for 10seconds and do it again. Make sure to provide CORRECT WiFi hotspot and password (2.4G WiFi only).

App – Camera List

① Group. With group, you can group multiple cameras to a quad view or multiple view. Then you can view multiple cameras simultaneously with one tap.
② Camera name, network status
③ Quick menu to recorded photos & videos, edit/delete camera.
④ Share device with families or friends

App – Live Footage

In camera list, tap Playback to play camera’s recorded videos.
Make sure you have Micro SD card in the camera.

Camera Settings

In camera list, tap Setting to enter camera settings.


① Set the camera’s WiFi connection
② Audio ON/ OFF
③ Voice instruction – voice guide settings
④ Change the volume of the device
⑤ Motion detection settings
⑥ Record schedule settings
⑦ Firmware update for camera

① Device SD card storage status
② Sync camera time with your mobile
③ set device timezone
④ Reverse image to fit mount type
⑤set video color, style, clarity
⑥ Set privacy areas and cover them from the videos
⑦ Set username and password of the camera.

• Important tips: please set your password to secure your camera

Set a Password

Set a password is very important to secure your camera.

In Camera’s Setting – Set password – Password, provide your original password and new password. Leave the original password empty if you have not set any.

After you set a password, you will be currently locked out like anyone else. Edit your camera information so you have access to the camera.

In Camera List – More – Edit, provide your new password and save. You will be viewing your camera through a secured channel.

Motion Detection Management



In motion detect area setting, you can drag to unselect boxes to filter a moving object.
For example, you can filter a moving tree so it does not trigger frequent messages.

Record Schedule

In Record Schedule, you can shedule record time for cameras.

PTZ Control

Presets


Tap + to record preset points. Tap Go to to view the point.

Camera Light Control


This works only for cameras with floodlight.
IR IR LEDs light up automatically at night. Night vision is in B/W.
Floodlight Floodlights stay up at night. Night vision is in color.
AUTO/ Smart (recommended): At night IR LEDs turn up for night vision; when motion detected, the camera turns on floodlight to deter intruders away and image turns color.

Me -APP Overall Settings

① Tap profile photo to enter your App account settings.
② Check App system notifications.
③ App-related settings.
④ Manage device sharing status.
⑤ Help center and feedbacks.
⑥ App permission settings from your mobile.
⑦ App privacy policies.
⑧ App version number .

App Setting

① Turns ON/ OFF cellular data reminder.
② Mobile data traffic situations.
③ Switch live view mode among Fluent & Live.
④ Turn App messages ON/ OFF.
⑤ Report App crashes to developer.
⑥ Clean App cache.
⑦ Logout your App account.

Pair the camera to a Wifi NVR (optional)

  1. Bring the camera close to your WiFiNVR.

  2. Plug the camera to power, hold reset button 10 seconds to bring camera to pairing mode.

  3. On the NVR screen, right click menu -Add Cam by WiFi. The camera will be paired to the NVR within a minute.
    Tips: make sure your NVR has an empty channel for the new camera.
