Introduction

The Duo-Power Wireless Charger 15W from DIGITUS® enables simultaneous wireless charging of 2 devices. The charging pad offers a fast, wireless 2 in 1 charging solution with up to 15W and a slip-proof base to make sure devices stay one place.

8. The pad can charge without a problem through protective covers up to 5mm thick. Metal accessories and credit cards can restrict the charging process.

9. If the phone cover is more than 6mm thick, it must be removed, otherwise the phone cannot be charged.

User Instruction

Connect with wall charger
Please insert the USB-A connector of this product into the charger so as to ensure it in standby mode.

Note: In order to get the best charging effect, please use the adapter that meets the QC 2.0/3.0/4.0 standard. In order to save energy and extend the product life, please cut off the power when your phone fully charged to avoid wasting energy.
Attention : For safety reasons, please do not use any adaptor which is under 5V/1A.

Charging your Smartphone
After connected with an adapter, Please align the wireless charging area of the product with the wireless charging receiving area of your phone and start charging, Max to be 15W.
Tips: Please align the wireless charging area of the product with the wireless charging receiving area of the device perfectly to reach higher charging efficiency.

Note:

• Under normal charging conditions, the charger and mobile phone could be slightly hot; the temperature may rise if the mobile phone is working while charging (such as playing video).
• Please stop charging your phone when the chargers over-heating our product will automatically stop charging when over-heating. Please try it again when it’s cooled down.

Remark

• When the surface gets dirty, please wipe it with a damp cloth and dry it before using.
• Please remove foreign objects on the surface before using, such as coins, pins, keys and other metal objects.
